The food here is delicious. Expect to wait 30 min for anything you order from kitchen. I will say it’s worth the wait. I ordered the Mofongo with lemon garlic chicken and it was perfect. We also ordered the carne frita which with some lemon hit the spot. I wish they had empanadas or other appetizers since you do have to wait some time for your food. The place is in a run down shopping plaza and inside there’s nothing fancy about it but the food is on point. Will recommend.
Ignore the outer appearance, get inside! Friendly, fast service! Amazing food, amazing food, did I mention amazing food. Had the Fish in garlic sauce with beans and rice, and wife had fried pork chop with mofongo, just delicious! One of those really good hole in the wall food places. Just give it a try! If I forgot, really good food!
I ordered a picadera, which was okay. The problem I had is that the prices you see on their website to order out, is different than the one on the menu at the the restaurant.... It's approximately $4-5 higher on the menu.
