Food was amazing everytime we went, customer service was also amazing everytime we went, after going a few times they packed on a ton of extra chicken and toppings and acknowledged our repeated visits, Me and my partner really enjoyed the chicken Buffalo ranch fries, it was perfect everytime.

I've been treated better by my sworn enemy.Right from the moment we got in, the girl at the counter "greeted" us with a "we have no steak and no chili today", with a hateful look on her face that looks like we had just killed her mom or something. Then when I ordered the food she revealed that the fountain drinks machine is broken, so we had nothing to drink! We took a few bites and got the hell out of there before she could do more harm. Oh and the food was subpar.

Drive an hour to try it for the first time, and then once we walk in they told us they didn’t have chilli or steak, once we start ordering they didn’t have drinks nothing from the fountain drinks not bottled water, the place was dark and sad.Very dissapointed.

My first 1 star review. I do not like posting anything negative I simply won’t go back. However this was hands down a 100% disappointment which there is no coming back from. We were greeted very nicely with verbatim, “Welcome to Mr.Fries man we don’t have chili or steak” ok I guess so we ordered fried chicken as a protein for our fries. They were out of the garlic sauce for my order. So far 3 items not available Now to the quality of the food Huge mistake ordering fried chicken the oil that the chicken was fried in was old and not cleaned out so we had very dry fried chicken plus extra dry batter stuck on from previous frying. Or it was refried. Almost forgot no drinks available and were not even offered at least tap water so I went to the supermarket in the same plaza and purchased some drinks. Asked for ketchup and they do not have ketchup they also ran out . That was the icing on the cake. We grabbed our food threw it away and walked out.

My son has wanted to try this for a year. Drove 40 minutes. Feel bad because I like the franchise idea, but it is awful. Went to order and was told they were out of beef and chicken. Hmm, that is most of the ingredients on most of the dishes. Left shrimp as only option. Should have just got plain fries. Shrimp was not good and threw in the garbage. I don't think sauce was correct either as we order some sweet and spicy and it was like Frank's red hot sauce. Usually give places 2nd chance but don't see this getting better. Not real clean inside either. Photo looks better than taste.

Great customer service but food did not meet my expectations. Chicken was hard and stale, shrimp had a weird fishy taste to it. Fries were overcooked… the food didn’t have any flavor to it. Was expecting more from this

Everytime I ever come in to the lines location in Florida, it is always absolutely delicious and im always taken care of. Love it!!!! I find myself trying different combos of the sauces on both the chicken and the crab and shrimp and everytime it is a banger!!!!

I ordered the lemon garlic shrimp and crab and it was so good and fresh. Jolly took good care of my husband's and myself especially since I'm pregnant. She was not shy with the portion and made sure everything was fresh. My husband surprisingly was so full he didn't finish his plate which is rare. Thanks again, we'll definitely be back to try your other dishes.

Had a training at the school that is near the plaza and decided to give this restaurant a try because I seen it on Tic Tok. I was a bit excited about it but that was short lived. The place was clean but empty and had only worker but I didn't care about that. I asked the lady what was highly recommended and she told me the Buffalo chicken and ranch or the Honey Garlic steak and shrimp. I chose the steak and shrimp with a drink but was told all the flavors on the fountain machine was out of service except for sprite. The wait wasn't long for my food but it was a disaster and nasty!! The steak was well overcooked, hard, and old. I couldn't put my fork through it at all. The shrimp was even worse. The shrimp was cold, barely cooked, and have a severe fishy taste. I had two bites of my food and threw it in the trash immediately. Tic Tok definitely over-hyped this place. I'm not saying the toppings are bad but the steak and shrimp is definitely a no go!

Excellent!!! The staff were very helpful and super friendly! They even helped us make a selection you have got to try the bbq ranch chicken fries they are full of flavor and made to order as is everything else there you will not regret trying this establishment!

My friend and I received a warm welcome from the owner, which was much appreciated after a long 8-hour conference.While waiting, we discovered the inspiring story of how the founder started this business with only $650. It was the epitome of the American Dream—starting with whatever you have. As a fellow business owner, I could relate to the journey and was truly touched by Craig Batiste's ability to turn his humble beginnings in his own backyard into a successful franchise. Truly impressive!The fries we ordered were generously piled high, easily serving four people. The Lemon, Garlic, and Crab seasoning was absolutely perfect. We even had the pleasure of speaking with the owner, who shared some valuable insights and advice regarding my own business journey. It was a memorable and heartfelt conversation.The quality of the food was exceptional, the restroom was clean, and the owner's genuine care for his customers made a lasting impression on me. I made a promise to myself to write an honest review as soon as I got home.If you reside in Pembroke Pines, I highly recommend supporting this local business with their amazing food, outstanding customer service, and the added bonus of receiving sage advice on running your own business.
