Ordered a very large cookie cake with a specific design thinking maybe the design won’t be perfect but the lettering/words will be ….. WRONG …. Whoever wrote out the words didn't even try …. And to make this story better, the letters aren't centered & the picture i sent with the design had two words in LOWER CASE on purpose….. y’all whoever is working on the weekends- dont let them decorate your cake 😩

Came in 10am they had cookies on display from previous night, sales person came in at 11 am to open the store, she try to sell me old hard cookies 🍪 I pass by at 1 pm they still try to sell me old cookies from yesterday. Manager was rude her name is Linda!!! Be careful they are selling old cookies from previous night!!! I will never buy from this location again!!! How can they sell old cookies from previous night??? Terrible customer service!! Shame on the management team Specially Linda!!

Today I went to Mrs. Fields. The cookies were so good. Nicole was at the cash register she was extremely kind and helpful. She explained the menu to me and I was able to order calmly. Nicole was definitely the best worker there. I wish all employees everywhere were more like her.

Very unprofessional, attempted to get a cake at 11:20am on a Saturday and the person in charge had not showed up to open. Another employee that was sitting and waiting since 10:30 when they should of opened said the person with the keys didn’t show up.

I frequent this shop several times a week. I normally don’t have an issue but lately my cookies have been really hard. The reason why I like to get my cookies from there is because I like soft chewy cookies but lately they have been very hard and dry. My other issue is now they have a new employee that works there…a young man with dusty looking black hair. He always looks unkept/ not clean. Ive noticed on several occasions he has dandruff flakes along the collar of his shirt. His hair is always all over the place. Why not have them wear hair nets? This young man needs a crash course on how to look presentable at work…especially when working around food. I hate when he takes my order because I just know one day I’m going to find hair in or on one of my cookies. Management please consider talking with him about hygiene and looking the part to sell your goods.

I worked in that store and it is one of the worst experience of my life, I’ve never been paid any tips, I don’t recommend this place at all, the managers are rude to customers and employees, they treat employees badly and are rude to them
