I frequent this shop several times a week. I normally don’t have an issue but lately my cookies have been really hard. The reason why I like to get my cookies from there is because I like soft chewy cookies but lately they have been very hard and dry. My other issue is now they have a new employee that works there…a young man with dusty looking black hair. He always looks unkept/ not clean. Ive noticed on several occasions he has dandruff flakes along the collar of his shirt....
