If you want good sushi this is the place to be. I have worked in the place for a year and never went until today and I literally wanted to cry of happiness the food was so delicious. I had the spicy tuna rainbow roll it was so incredibly good, fresh. The food came out quickly the atmosphere is top notch. Will definitely be coming back! Ask for Tian he will take care of you (:

It is unfortunate to say this but I will never go back to this place. The server took our order and it took 15mins for us to receive the appetizer. Then the server leaves for several minutes only to come back and see if we good after we had to ask other server about our food. This was in the sushi area not the hibachi. The only thing that didn't take time was for them to give us the check.

I placed delivery order Pad Thai, dumplings and spicy tuna rolls, the Pad Thai was good my mom enjoyed it but unfortunately can’t say the same about the dumplings and sushi, dumplings looked like they were one and the lettuce they placed it on was black and the tuna of the sushi was not fresh it went right to the garbage, they didn’t send chop sticks either (how are you to eat sushi) this was my first and last time ordering from this restaurant.

My family, numerous relatives, and I went to celebrate my mother's birthday at Nami. We had 19 family members present at this dining event. When it came time for the restaurant to honor my mother's complimentary birthday dinner, it was declined. Despite the fact that we had an birthday celebration song, lite hat, and all the goodies that they sold for an extra $1.95, they would not honor her free meal as advertised. When I spoke to the manager, Mike, he was extremely disrespectful. He mentioned that we were trying to take advantage of the restaurant. It boggled my mind that a F&B manager who was is hired to fix customer complaints escalated this matter to the point of screaming and making other diners uncomfortable. He actually took the time to accuse paying diners who just paid close to $800 for food, including the service fees and tips that we were scammers. He claimed that we did not ask for the birthday discount prior to them ringing up the total. I asked him wouldn't this be understood since their establishment already knew that this is a reserved birthday party? He says no! We have to ask for it otherwise it is not honored. I was so disappointed! This manager was rude and belittled our family. My mother was embarrassed. She is a senior citizen and left the restaurant feeling deflated. When I asked Mike does he not care about how people are perceiving him during this conversation and his unruly loud behavior, he exclaimed, "these people don't care about that." I hope whoever owns this restaurant sees this review and contacts me to give an explanation as to why or how this could happen...

Hibachi style restaurant with sushi options. Our chef was fun and cooked our cuts perfectly to our specifications. We had a party of 11, and they had room to accommodate 5 or 6 more people at our table. The decor was very traditional American teppanyaki style, and all of the other parties at the other tables seemed to also be having a wonderful time. Great for celebrations.

I’m a NYr and my mom grew up in Kobe japan. I must say this is the best sushi I ever ate. Giant rolls super fresh. I’m very critical as a registered dietitian and I’m giving this restaurant a 10 out of 10

The chef prepares your dish in front of you with impressive dexterity. Very kind, humble. Very good and above all very plentiful and really for a reasonable price. I recommend for two or as a family.
