I had a very disappointing experience at Nine Five Pho. The service was extremely poor — the servers looked very new and didn’t seem trained at all. They constantly had to ask their coworkers how to handle simple things, which made the whole dining experience slow and frustrating.
They also charge extra for almost everything. I thought we could pick some vegetables ourselves, but they added charges I wasn’t expecting. On top of that, the prices shown on the board are cash-only prices. If you pay with a credit card, they add an extra 4% transaction fee, which they don’t explain clearly until checkout.
The food itself wasn’t any better. The pho was just average at best. The rice noodles were stuck together with many pieces broken apart. As an Asian person familiar with good pho, I can say the quality here is barely okay.
There’s also no atmosphere at all — nothing inviting or comfortable about the place.
Overall, I don’t recommend Nine Five Pho. There are plenty of better pho spots out there with better service, better food, and better transparency.

The establishment generally provides a very pleasant experience. Service was attentive and friendly throughout the visit. The atmosphere created was quite welcoming and comfortable. While most aspects were excellent, a few minor areas could be refined for an even better outcome. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable stay that warrants a strong recommendation.

It's one of those pho spot that trying to be trendy by copying chipotle style service. Their food is not good at all. The Pho broth is way too dark and salty. I can taste the msg and stuff. Their noodles are good and the meats are cut right not too thick but it doesn't taste good plain and simple

So they use gloves for obvious reasons which is great. But as im waiting im noticing ALOT and I mean ALOT of face rubbing, nose rubbing, and touching of other places with the gloves on. It was frustrating to see. They do change them often, however once the gloves go on, please remind workers they are only for touching food. If you have an itch, or want to wipe away sweat, simply take the gloves off and put on a new pair after. Food is good and atmosphere is great. But the poor couple infront of me had food prepared with soiled gloves on which just isnt acceptable.

i usually dont write reviews, but i had to for this place!!! im a regular and i tend to order on ubereats for pickup or delivery, and once i got home and opened up my order, i found they wrote a note saying “we ❤️ you”!!!!! it couldve just been because someone felt like writing but either way its so sweet!!! the food is always delicious. thank you guys!!

I just Left this restaurant it was my first time visiting. I walked in with My daughter, who wanted to try their Boba. Walked over to the Boba station literally waited there. five employees standing in front of me not one of them acknowledge me or my daughter. I finally asked one of the employees is this where we order Boba and the young lady gave me the nastiest attitude answer, and then gave me her back. It was at that moment I just walked out . I called to speak to the manager apparently he was in a meeting and unavailable. So just a fair warning beware of the horrible customer service!

First time, last time. The minute you walk in, the entire place looks and feels dirty. Look at the floors, the walls, the base of the tables. the doors, and bathroom smells like weed. The seating pink area with two steps is the worse area. It was disgusting. We went for a boba tea and the employee behind counter was not friendly nor courteous. The price for the boba tea purchase was not worth it. There were chunks of undissolved matcha powder and it tasted weird. How is this place in business?

Went there today and it was DELISH! I had the Seafood Pho and they have a Boba Bar in there too!! So I had a lychee Moteato and it was AMAZING!! loved the vibe. It got crowded after a minute too. I discovered them on TikTok.
