Nothing Bundt Cakes

On October 7th or 8th not sure 🤔 I bought the Oreo flavor . My son in law birthday .
I was so disappointed because it was not fully cooked .
My daughter call on Saturday late
I pay cash ,for the first time
Usually I use my Amex .
The rude person told my daughter to bring the cake back.
I had my receipt and also I saved the cake in a bag . But the point is it was a bad customer service with stupid questions and rudeness .
Who cares when I bought it !!! She just happen to call 4 days after I told her what happen with the horrible cake , not cooked .
The cake not fully cooked horrible 😩experience,ended in the trash anyway
I never went back to ask for my money
I would never go back and purchase anything there . So many yrs going there buying my cakes . WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT! Yes you only lost one customer…no big deal .

I’ve never been disappointed by Nothing Bundt! The staff here were wonderful—efficient, friendly, and kept everything organized and clean. The atmosphere made the visit easy and welcoming.
I tried their seasonal pumpkin spice. It was good, though I would’ve loved a touch more spice to really bring out the fall flavors. Still, it’s a cozy seasonal pick. I also had the vanilla and the white chocolate raspberry. The latter is on the sweeter side, but paired with tea or coffee it balances nicely.
Every cake was moist, consistent, and just as delicious as expected.

I really wanted to write this review because the staff and the manager at this store are amazing. My family got sick and I had to cancel out order at the last minute. I ask if they could hold it. They went a step above. They gave me a credit and told me they would make it again when we were ready. A couple of days later we were feeling better and picked-up our Flamingo cake. It was so fresh and delicious. Esther, thank you so much for working with us 🦩😊

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT BUY THOSE GOLD CANDLES! When I went online to make an order those are the only numbered candles available! AND THEY DON’T WORK! Mean while in the store there are other candles available! Why aren’t these also online?! When I went to the store to get a refund or a credit they told me there was nothing they could do! Mind you the girl went to the back had me wait at least 15 to 20 minutes just to tell me the same thing she told me when I got there! RIDICULOUS!

I brought home a few Banana Pudding Bundlets and thoroughly enjoyed every bite! The flavor was spot on—rich banana taste with a smooth, creamy texture that reminded me of homemade banana pudding, but in cake form. The Bundlets were incredibly moist and had just the right amount of sweetness.

The strawberry 🍓 Bundt cake 🍰 should be kept on their menu. It's perfect. It tastes 10x better than their carrot cake.

Around the corner from Trader Joes, same plaza, outstanding. I went in to just look around and find out what this place was and purchased a Mini-Raspberries and Cream cake. It was delicious, the frosting itself was great, and the cake itself was tip-top.

Amazing bundt cakes. Fast service, in and out and they make the cakes up fast. all looks professional and good to celebrate any occasion. I get them all the time! Would recommend even if you do not like birthday cake.

Great service as always at this location! Valentina who helped me at the register even got the door for me as she saw my hands full with my little one. That’s true customer service !

Such a beautiful and delicious cake! Nice to have choices for decoration and flavors - everyone loved the cookies and cream. As a bonus, this location has a friendly, cheerful staff

The absolute best!! What more to say! It’s always a hit when you arrive with a beautiful Bundt cake! I usually bring the little cupcakes into the office for birthdays, etc. Everyone loves them!

Pre-orders from the Pembroke Pines store. Did not make it to pick up with Thanksgiving haste. Contacted store Monday afternoon thanksgiving weekend to share with shop. I would be in to pick up order. Only to be told there is no order. I paid just under $50 and received nothing for my money. The attendant offered no resolution directed me back to platform used for payment and purchased. Short story i never received my cakes or my payment. Concerned with there being no concern for the customer or fair resolution. Doubt this promote any positive change. Truly disappointed. I don’t recommend pre-paying in this location.
