I had to stop in 5 Below to buy a bag and the icing stuck to the side of the cellophane anyway. It was hot outside and icing melts. Just give me a bag and let me worry about the icing. Annoyed.

Nothing bundt cake is delicious and moist. Their frosting is thick and can be a bit much for the lightness of the cake but they have a "light drizzle option" as shown below.

Really nice staff. I got a cake for my children pediatrician and a box for my family. It's absolutely delicious!!! I tried different flavors and I love the white chocolate raspberry . My husband likes the peanut butter flavor. The cake presentation itself it's so beautiful. I am counting the days to stop there again . Sooo worth it!

I always get the cakes from Nothing Bunt cake but I will never order another cake from this place I place and order before they open to pick up at 10 but they don’t open till 9:30 I Oder a navy bow but I realized that the decorations are actually black and rose gold so I waited till 9:30 on the dot to ask if they can just put the black bow instead of the navy blue and I was told rudely NO you put to pick up at 10 am and we almost finished it .. anyone that has Oder cake from here know the bow just goes right on top nothing major just swap and that’s all cause basically that the only thing that decorates the cake ..and for that they not only lost mine business and everyone form the office ..

I would give zero stars if I could. Esther is unprofessional, confrontational, and rude. We picked up our Bundt cake order Saturday. We had it within the 3 hours. We cut one piece for each of us having cake. The cake tasted stale so we didn’t have anymore. ALL the people who had this cake became I’ll and had green diarrhea. The guests that did not have the cake did not get sick. Had to go to the dr. For myself and my family member. The dr said it was from the cake. Called to let the manager know. She said it was impossible bc no one else complained. Ok, that does not mean it’s impossible and that doesn’t mean it’s not true. It was a lengthy call with Esther who did not care, refused to accept any accountability, and instead of doing her due diligence by looking into my complaint, she brushed it off. Her responsibility is now that she has a complaint, is to check her equipment, check her products, and also make sure her employees who are baking and handling these products, are not sick with something contagious. Esther did not take responsibility. She didn’t even say anything about the fact that it was stale too. I do not recommend. After serving this to some of our guests and family who became ill, missed work, and had to be treated by a physician for, I don’t think it is worth the risk

Unfortunately I feel badly treated because they offer a survey on the receipt, I did it, they told me that after 24 hours they would give me the 2x1 promotion, and I'm still waiting for it to arrive by email. I am going to order the cake again, because it is delicious, but you should NOT OFFER something that you DO NOT fulfill (this is MY case) Survey # 946110000137011 (to validate that I took the survey, but I NEVER received your promotion)A really different cake. The flavor is very pleasant, the cake is spongy and not dry. The decoration (almost personalized because you choose the occasion, the colors of the decorations and even the message), make them original! They only make them to order online, you must schedule the pick-up day... and if you're lucky you can find them available in stores :)

I just want to start off by saying I love nothing Bundt cakes they never disappoint. This Pembroke Pines location specifically always has the best customer service. The moment you walk in until you leave with your delicious Bundt cakes. I came in today wanting to try the pumpkin spice Bundt cake just because sometimes it doesn't taste great in cake form. Manolo was so kind enough to bring me and my partner a piece to try before making our decision. Although it wasn't just a piece it was each our OWN MINI BUNDT CAKE!! I was so happy and ready to go since my craving had been met with the sample. The customer service kept me motivated for the sale so I bought a few I love this place. Def recommend.
Not the most polite or understanding manager. Ordered a dozen bundtinis at 910am online because the location does not open until 930am. After realizing the delivery time of 12-6 is too late. I decided to pick it up before work. I arrived at 934 am. I simply asked the delivery fee be refunded since I was able to pick it up. I was told I should’ve called and they can’t guarantee the refund for delivery ($13.00). They’ll call me I was told. Not ordering from here anymore. Ridiculous.

usually i just have the mini Bundt cake for events but this time i got a freebie for my birthday showed my email and I.D and. it was ready in seconds the cashier. was super nice and helpful the place was super clean and easy to find . i got the double chocoalte chip so rich and creamy and delicious and fresh they have all kinds of flavors
