Always a pleasure to walk in and do business with these professionals. Their knowledge base of the products sold within the store is top tier.If I'm not ordering online and have to go to a physical store...this is the place.I remember the first time I walked into the store. I immediately thought: (1) this place is huge, (2) the walls and aisles are thoroughly stacked with products, (3) look at all the brands, (4) look at this place...now this is a supplement store!I can not stress this enough...if you need to go to a store to make a nutritional supplement purchase...GO TO THE NUTRITIONAL POWER CENTER based in Doral, FL.You seriously will not regret it.

Dont ever ever but i mean ever go here!! The guy that works there only cares about selling products. Has no customer sevice and has no idea what he is talking about when it comes to products. Each time we have bought products here, they have been bad!!! The receipt says you may exchange a product but no refunds, cool i we can deal with that. What they dont tell you is product cant be open, but how the hell are you suppose to know product is bad or doesnt work until you try it and open it!! This guy needs to get fired! Also, website hours at times are wrong!! Go to the store in brickell! They treat you like a customer and not a $ sign. Will be calling one of their offices to complain!!

The place is very good and has a lot of products and good selection but the Venezuelan guy that works there selling (Ruben) is disgusting, rude, discourteous, unpleasant, really bad customer service and he does not want to help anybody, he doesn't care!!!! he just doesn't want to work there.
