The staff was friendly. I ordered the conch fritters. They were more like a vegetable fritter with very small and very few pieces of conch. They were also overcooked while the french fries were undercooked. The chipotle sauce was very tasty. I also had an issue with the staff not wearing masks. This is a very small establishment and I can only imagine how many germs were throughout. I would have simply walked out had I not already placed an order.

Bad service from manager/owner. Ordered cheese omelette platter for $ 9.50 bill came for $ 12.50. Told the difference was i wanted cream cheese on the provided bagel deal. Jaaaaaa Next they will charge extra fir evgs on th omelette jajajaja Old patron came back to see ? Still. Mis managed. ??

After being exhausted from a night out on the town I decided to order breakfast via Uber eats. I'm always hesitant to order breakfast from a delivery service because in my opinion breakfast foods just don't keep. This restaurant proved me wrong when I had a piping hot egg and cheese bagel sandwich delivered to my house. It was delicious and fresh. We also split a plain bagel with cream cheese. Really good! Bagels had that slight crisp when you first bit into them but were warm and soft on the inside. Definitely would recommend this place.

This morning I was rolling around looking for a bagel place. I had to drop my boyfriend off early at work so I was hungry and I needed to shop so I found this place. They are so nice here. The service is Great Divide in the restaurant is very chill it's very calm. You can sit and eat if you like. They do safety precautions masks and all that. The food is great. Well worth the drive. It's in a small Plaza both of you might miss it if you blink too fast.

Extremely rude owner. Does not greet you when you walk in the door. Place looks crappy inside, not clean. I had to get up and walk out because of the owner's rudeness. NY Bagel, you lost a customer today, and will continue to lose customers if you keep treating people the way you do.

The price is good. The food is REALLY good. But unfortunately it is cramped and we have caught multiple staff members without their mask on. (Before the vaccine)

If i could give this restaurant 0 stars i would, first of all the owner of this place has a terrible attitude towards his employees, on top of that he doesn't believe in masks, or that covid even exists, he talks to you right infront of your face with no 6feet distance. Not caring about his customers, he was infront of my 9 month old saying how he wasnt going to die because of anyone wearing a mask, extremely ignorant!!

Due to the pandemic i have not visited for a while. Great food. Great service. Was excited to pick up some breakfast. Was greeted by who i assume is the owner...who just went on an anti mask rant. This man has probably never met anyone who has died from covid or anyone that has been very sick from covid. This was the last thing i wanted to hear after working 13 hours on a covid floor. He stated “masks shouldn’t be forced onto people” well sir neither should opinions. Incredibly disappointed.

I went here for breakfast with my daughter and OMG the food was delicious I had the French toast breakfast and it was one of the best breakfast I’ve ever had. The service was quick and the staff was extremely friendly I highly recommend this cafe if you are looking for a delicious home cooked meal!!!
