We checked in online and waited outside for our number to go down. We checked in with the front desk and waited right in front of them. Multiple people with our party size (2) came in, checked in, and got sat before us. I walked up and asked where we were in line, they replied we got cancelled and "we'll be next".

We waited 20 minutes again and saw multiple parties get sat before us. We ended up leaving without ordering. A pretty horrible experience the day after valentine's, to wait 1 hour total at 6:30pm to 7:30pm.

On Valentine's Day, this place was jam-packed and a mad house for parking, but the staff was phenomenal. From the hostess to manager and the waitress, all we're on top of their game and the best anywhere. Unfortunately, the kitchen staff failed miserably. I eat at this chain all over this country, and i've never had meals this bad. The soup and salad were excellent, but unfortunately, my wife and I both left over ninety percent of the meal untouched. Meatballs were blan, and the meat sauce was sour. Chicken alfredo was not worth eating. I still left a hundred percent tip, as I was so impressed with the staff and let them know that the food was unacceptable.

Yesterday's service was excellent, the best service I have ever received at this location. The lady who attended us was very cordial, attentive, helpful, always attentive, I don't know her name but I know she is Venezuelan. Excellent attention

Only thing that was good was the salad & the mozzarella appetizers. My server was not attentive and was very forgetful about what we ordered. We literally had to wait until she walked passed to ask for anything. I honestly do not recommend. Food was also under seasoned.

The restaurant is situated at an ideal location, outside of the mall, for so many things to do within the vicinity. Pines Blvd is home to just about any trip or errand pending. The food, service, atmosphere and prices are within a preferred go to establishment.
