Food was good but the fries were soggy. I guess it’s my fault for ordering fries to go. It everything else was good and pretty affordable.

Ordered at 5:50 said delivery at 6:43 finally showed up at 7:32 ice cold prime rib potatoes, mushrooms, steak even butter in so long was melted. Nothing said on app about Doirdash or Uber so can’t track. When I called told food ready at 5:15. Store said to call DoorDash. They said came through your app so Outback’s reasonability to cancel and refund. Passing the buck as usual. No refund and ice cold. Idiot manager said to come pick up. I am elderly and handicapped!! Also myself and wife diabetics so can't eat hours later.can’t find where to add photos. DONT TELL ME TO REACH OUT AND CONTACT YOU AT ANYWHERE. I doubt you even read the reviews. And I am reaching out now. Also on social media.

I’d like to praise your manager, Gabrielle. She did an outstanding job accommodating our entire baseball team on extremely short notice. I called ahead to let her know we had about 40 people arriving within 20 minutes and asked if Outback would be able to handle such a large group. Gabrielle didn’t hesitate. She immediately reassured us, set clear and realistic expectations, and ultimately exceeded every one of them. I truly appreciate a good “under-promise and over-deliver” experience, and she delivered exactly that.

When we arrived, she immediately recognized our group and let us know she was just waiting on one table to wrap up. The moment it cleared, she and a team of helpers swiftly prepared a section for us, thoughtfully arranging it so the kids could sit on one side and the adults on the other. She was organized, proactive, and fully in control of the situation.

I also want to give a shout-out to the two servers who took care of our group (I wish I had caught their names, but Gabrielle will know who they are). One server handled four checks and the other handled the remaining four, and both were phenomenal. They stayed on top of everything (drinks, food, timing) and not a single order was incorrect. All the meals came out hot and right on time, and every check was perfectly accurate. The entire experience was seamless, and our whole group left happy and impressed.

We had an incident on Saturday 11/15 at the Pines location, and we had to leave we came back today and I just wanna say that Vicky the manager Julie the bartender are absolutely the best yesterday we talked about the situation from previous visit and the way they treated us and took care of us is beyond these ladies are truly Gems

Outback was wonderful! The food came out hot and fresh, and our server was very attentive and kind. The place was clean, the atmosphere was relaxed, and we felt well taken care of. Definitely a place we’ll keep coming back to.

Walked out. Went there for veteransday meal. Told wait was 30 min. After 40 min and they continued to seat others that came after me. Hostess was rude and said they paged me but she didn't. Was standing in front of her. She continued to argue with me then she sat me waited another 15 min and no waitress showed up so just walked out after waiting over an hour. The resturant was not that busy plenty of open tables, but the hostess was very disorganized and argumentative.

We had a big issue with our food during our visit, but Janette went above and beyond to make things right. She had such a great attitude and amazing work ethic. She truly cared about making sure we left happy. Even though the food wasn’t perfect at first, her service made the experience a good one. I ordered a 13 Oz rib steak. I didn't like the way the steaks were seasoned they tasted too salty it tasted like they would cook with ham or bacon. The Caesar salad had too much dressing and cheese on it and it was limp. But I really like the baked potato. The waiter was amazing. I would never come here again for the ribeye steak.

I visited again 11/1/25 Ruben our waiter was GREAT and. Very attentive. Lauren the door hostess had EXCELLENT customer service. I enjoyed the 3 course meal.

I had a delivery that was sent to me from my man who is away. I was apprehensive about a delivery however when I received my meal it was PERFECT! The meal was fresh and well put together. It was packed perfectly from the dinner to the desert. This order gave me a new outlook on delivery.
