This particular restaurant always has an extremely long wait for food and the food will come out cold. Just doesn’t make any sense! Our server, Mo, was the best part of our whole night!

Great hostess Friday night. Waited 30 minutes to place order. Another 45 for food to arrive. Food was not good, at all. Appetizers were overcooked, hamburgers were also overcooked and tasteless. Caesar salad, no croutons, soup was cold. Alcoholic drinks served warm. Dishes, empty plates, piled up napkins never picked up. Service was by far the worst. Waitress was busy providing better service to two other tables, conversing away, and completely ignoring everyone else. Still waiting on the water refill, on the sauce for the appetizer and the mustard and mayo for the burgers … just avoid this place.

Karelli did an awesome job!! Customer service was great!! She was extremely attentive to us the entire night and went above and beyond to give us great service. The food was equally as good.

Mixed bag at this Outback. Amazing drinks. Tremendous salads. However, the main features were very lacking. A not very appetizing Bloomin' Onion. Over cooked steaks. Partner had a Filet mignon that seemed to be more of a sliced ribeye.
Likely not returning to this location unless I want to drink at the bar.

The staff at the Outback in Pembroke Pines truly made my Valentine's Day special. I stopped by after work for a late lunch and sat at the bar. I loved the festive atmosphere. Everyone was dressed in pink shirts. My servers Dylan and Crystal were amazing. Service was fast and they were friendly. I ordered the sirloin and baked potato from the lunch menu. I normally order steak medium, but decided to ask for medium well today. It was a bit burnt on the top. The manager, Kyle, stopped to ask about my experience. Although I wasn't expecting to return my food, Kyle was more than happy to take it back to ensure that I was satisfied. Before leaving, another staff member named Vicki offered me cheese cake. I had never tried cheese cake from Outback, but found it to be creamy and fluffy. Their Pina Coladas were also delicious. Between the cozy, upbeat atmosphere, warm and friendly staff, and good food, I'm making this my Outback home. Thank you all for making my experience special and I will be back.

Every time I try to order the ribs online fries are never an option to choose from. The picture of the rib meal has fries in it, but you have to put special instructions to have them substitute a potatoe for fries! This has been an issue for at least a few years. Please update this or atleast change the rib picture to the actual sides that you can choose from. I mean how hard can it be to add fries as an option for a side?! Am I crazy?

If I could say anything positive about my experience, it’s that the place looks nice on the surface and the staff is somewhat respectable. However, the food is nothing short of awful—I'd describe it as "doo-doo water." From the half-spoiled lettuce in the salads to the cheesecakes that taste as if they were marinated in "fart juice," this was my first experience trying Outback, and I’m afraid to try another.

Where do I even begin? The Bloomin' Onion, one of Outback’s signature dishes, was served to me, and I could already tell it was going to be horrible. But looks can be deceiving, so I decided to give it a shot, despite my better judgment. I immediately noticed the raw center, the overcooked and tasteless batter, and the oil spilling from every crevice. I took a bite, and literal oil streamed down my lips. If it weren’t for my culinary background, I wouldn’t have been able to tell that the oil hadn’t been changed since the previous night. My expectations were low, but I fear they have dropped below my basic standards for culinary knowledge.

Next, the health hazard that was their Caesar salad: from the spoiled lettuce to the poor excuse for a dressing, it tasted like floor cleaner was used as the base. To sum it up, it tasted as if I had eaten a polished turd.

Now, for the highlight of the night—my main course, the Bloomin' Burger. The beef itself was actually decent, but everything else was a disaster. The buns were smushed and soggy to the point that they were disintegrating in my hands. On top of that, the tomato slice was as thick as Drake’s wallet, with the core still intact, and the "pickles" looked like spoiled cucumbers.

All in all, this place deserves to be shut down immediately. As an experienced cook, having worked at the Cheesecake Factory and Hard Rock Hotel (the Guitar Hotel), seeing this poor excuse for food compelled me to write my first Google review ever. I’m truly disappointed and appalled by the garbage served to me and my wife. It was a disgusting place to dine at. Believe me, my standards are low for these types of restaurants, but I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog. It was a waste of time and money. Shame on the owner and staff for serving such trash on a plate.

This version keeps your strong opinions but with improved readability and professionalism! Let me know if you'd like to adjust anything further.

It can be said that the vibe of a relatively good restaurant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere, conveys a sense of comfort, allowing you to focus on conversations with friends and enjoy your meal. Undoubtedly, time seems to pass more slowly in such an environment!

I went in and got seated immediately, but then my waiter never showed up. The standard used to be for Outback that your waiter had to greet you within 30 seconds of being sat, I sat there for 10 minutes with not a soul in sight. Not a busy night…. You just lost my business, I will never walk into the business again…I’m on my way to go eat at another steak house.

I recently ordered a steak and soup from here, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium, but it arrived medium well, which was a bit of a letdown. As for the French onion soup, it was ice cold and despite requesting no cheese, there wasn’t even any bread in it—just all broth. The overall quality of the food definitely wasn’t up to par, and based on this experience, I’m not sure I’ll be ordering from here again anytime soon.

I visited this place a few weeks ago and had an overall disappointing experience. I placed my order, but after waiting for over 45 minutes without any updates, I had to request the server to cancel my order. The lack of communication and the long wait time made for a really frustrating visit. Hopefully, this was just an off day for them.

I placed an online pick-up order for ribs and chicken. The order was hot and ready on time. All the food was very tasty. The staff member who brought my food out to the car was very nice.
