I made an order with 2 days of anticipation and when I went to pick up the order, they told me the cook forgot about it. I am complaining And the manager is sitting beside me and does nothing to remediate the problem. I waited half an hour for the order. Most horrible service. I felt that they didn't want my business at all. Do not worry you will never have it again. Super disappointed. If Google had a negative score I would give them that.I gave them 1 because eventually they gave me my order.

Their chicharron is one of the best ones I've ever had and their prices are reasonable. However, not sure if I'm returning due to their service being slow when I was there that day.

I am so disappointed after the first bite that I just had to remove the bun, bacon, lettuce and tomatoes to see that while I was eating the meat it was burnt on the outside and not fully cooked on the inside. The meat tastes like leftover meat from yesterday that they tried to re-cook/grill. It's bad enough that they charge a different price than what's shown online: $11.54. when you get there they charge you $15.99 plus tax and extra if you pay by card. A total of $17.75 down the drain, you all have to do better, that's not right. for the price everyone charges for food. I love trying food from different cultures, but this was definitely a disappointment.

I was served by a group of people with a great sense of belonging and they made me feel like I was in Colombia, this is important but best of all the seasoning is homemade and tasty, truly a restaurant worth taking into account when it comes to to think about our beautiful Colombian land.

The service was good, they were friendly but the food was really a disappointment. I feel that the price is very expensive for the quality of food they offer, the quantity is good, but the quality is bad. The rice without any salt, practically raw ripe fruits, the flavor of normal soups, super greasy meat and the chicken without any flavor at all. Nothing for which I would return to this place. Expensive and the food is not good.
