I visited the store around 9 PM; the store closes at 10:30 PM. I wanted to order honey walnut shrimp, but unfortunately, they were running low. I asked the employee how long I should expect to wait, and she respectfully told me 5-7 minutes. I was ready to wait but then manager overheard our conversation and told the employee that there wouldn't be any more honey walnut shrimp available, which was odd since it wasn't near closing time, and there were still customers coming in and out.Since I always order honey walnut shrimp, I was unsure what alternative to choose. Meanwhile, the employee had already filled my plate with chow mein and fried rice. In the few seconds while I was deciding, the manager approached the employee again, this time in an annoyed tone, instructing her to tell me to step aside since there were other customers waiting behind me. This is where the issue is, as a customer who is still ordering, why should I step aside so that other customers who came after me can get their food first? It would make sense if the manager had said that I should step aside while waiting for the shrimp, but that wasn't the case. The manager of this location needs to improve her customer service skills and needs a few lessons of social cues, as she clearly lacks them. I have been a loyal Panda Express customer for years, but after this experience, I will not be returning.

The food just was not quite appealing. We had the chow mein and orange chicken. The chicken was horrible..it tasted like cardboard and made me sick to my stomach. Very disgusting in their quality of food.

Stopped in for lunch. Fairly crowded but I think mostly because it is small than most Panda Expresses. Had to wait a minute for a table and some are communal. Service was fairly quick but server was hard to understand, a bit impatient and not friendly. Portions were nice sized. Self serve soft drinks. Dining room could have been a bit cleaner, but it was at a busy time. In a strip mall so parking available.

30 minutes waiting for them to come tell me that they didn't have the order? Do you know the one about empathy? Total lack of respect from this staff, it is always the same in this place always....

The food was fine but I received the worst service at this particular location. Other locations have had very efficient service compared to this one. I came into this location during my lunch break from work on a weekday. They took a ridiculous amount of time to give me my food. They were short-staffed and I was standing waiting for my turn to order for a long time. When it was finally my turn, they ran out of the entree item I wanted and told me I had to wait for it. I did not have the time nor energy since I waited so long for them to take my order and the fact that my lunch break was limited. I ended up ordering a different entree item. Very bad service and I will not be returning to this location.

The manager is very rude. Telling the employee she was serving too much and had to take 2 pieces of orange chicken out of the box in front of me. My order was a family meal.

I love this Panda Express. They've had a few hiccups with their orange chicken recipe, but it is usually always so good. The honey walnut shrimp is consistently good, and the service is usually better than other fast casual restaurants. They're on a slippery slope with their more recent hires, but they need to make sure that whoever is on the service line is trained trained trained in customer service WITH A SMILE. no excuses.

Panda needs to put mote protein in their bowls not a ton of rice for over 9 bucks! Also the employee accused my son of stealing our online order! She made him spell my name!

The meat is fake and it was old and dried out. The noodles (lo mein) were good and the staff were helpful and nice.
