The cashier was very very attentive, but the manager Nicolás did not want to preheat a simple cinnamon roll for 20 seconds in a regular toaster, simply because it gets stuck when they always do it to any customer. I asked for my refund immediately, a terrible attitude on his part. Don't come again!

Well, I come to a panera of bread. Most places have a microwave, or like this place, they would warm up your food. Myself I like to pecan bread, my wife likes the bear claw and we get bagels from here all the time. If a panera bread has a microwave, I will stick it in for you ten seconds so that it softens it up and makes it warm because they are pretty cold and hard. It's not like they're giving it away. So I asked today because they don't have a microwave. Will you please warm it up? No, my manager says we're not allowed to do that anymore. Customer service needs to be out the window.These days, and they are bread, it seems not to need customers to return. They are doing so well that they can turn around until you basically screw off. We just don't care, Whatever happened to customer service? Although there's a steady trickle that people coming in, they're not busy at all. And you would think want to keep a customer happy. You have to clerk what's the manager's nameShe said Diana, but I don't know if she was telling me the truth. At the same time, there's a customer complaining that the coffee's we're all empty, this has also happened to me several times and I wonder how how could this possibly be something that every time I come here if i'm one or two of the coffee pots empty, especially in the morning rush. SMH

Frances is such a delite..Excellent customer service. Our breakfast sandwichs were a little over done mine slightly burned I told the guy when picking up that it was and he really didn't make an effort to apologize. I took it as is but I made it a point to him that's its not the way to do it and to make sure its correct for next time. I mentioned it to Frances she immediately apologized and offered to have a new one done. I mentioned I will keep it but that I told the guy to make sure he corrects it for next time. Again she sincerely apologized even though it wasn't her fault.

The place is very nice, it is comfortable and big.
You have privacy between tables.
The food is super delicious and healthy, it is good for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack... the soups are divine and they also come in a super delicious bread.
Unwrapped my to-go “sandwich” and it went straight into the garbage.
The one star rating is for (at the very least) not forgetting the extra cucumber I paid for… otherwise, this sandwich and service deserves negative stars.
Too bad I can’t recollect my tip :(
