I've written a good review before - about 2 younger girls w/braids & a girl, I think named Delmar. HOWEVER, THIS day has changed my mind!! waited 29 mins. for 2 items!! Even an older Gentleman behind me noticed& commented. Mistake, fine. One time, I came back in 3 Times!!! bc they Kept getting my Order wrong! 😢 Bad day? Maybe.. Either way, this girl, Sabrina gave me Sarcasm one day.😥 And there is Another lady - the Caribbean (assumably) Jamaican woman with the short fade haircut. She seems to Always have an Attitude! She Never cracks a smile. She just Hands me the food. The Day that my order was late, She didn't even say Sorry!! She should probably Not work Directly with customers. Horrible customer service!! I would Not want her around my food. What is Wrong with these ppl?? SO Rude. And to be honest with you, the food is NOT all That Great. You spend about $25 on a meal & a drink, when you can Actually get a Real FULL meal at a Nice, decent restaurant. Their portions are small. And food is expensive for NO reason!! And with customer service like That, I'd rather Not spend my money & patronize them. There are plenty of other places, better restaurants and delis!

I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup online which was amazing like always. It was ready in a timely manner, the wait on the drive thru line was a little long but it was 1:30, lunch time rush. No picture because I was hungry but it did come with a baguette. Good job!

First time to Panera with my 94 year old father and he keeps seeing your commercials for the food and we finally got here. Restaurant was amazingly clean and appealing to the eye, think Earth and happy home vibes with pictures of pure food art which we loved. Food was amazing, had the you pick two meal with the French dipper and French onion soup. The best part of the visit though was Dustin who took our order today. He helped me with all my confusion about the menu and our first time visit. They say a business is only good if you get a good first impression. Dustin is an amazing face for your company. Thank you Dustin!! We had a great first visit and will be back! :)

Had tuna sandwich and creamy chicken rice soup, soup was watery with some dark pieces of what I guess was chicken and the tuna was not even a scoop, wish I could post a picture

Horrible .. out of 2 of their coffees .. burned the ham croissant Benny and didn't put any sauce on it.. too bad because the employee at the register is very nice
This Panera Bread seems to be Clean.😃✨🫧 The food is Fresh. Came across 2 managers here. One named Mike, if I'm correct. He was Very Nice.😊 Digliani was Especially patient & nice. VERY Good customer service. 👌🏼☺️ Would go again. All Paneras are expensive.😄🤣.

Unprofessional some manager not paying attention to customer. Some employee yelling like a mad woman. Only one employee working. Food ready and they let it sit there. I always go to Miramar Pkway NEVERr agaon here on Pines. Cashier annoyed she had to work body language soeaks volumes. These kids have no work ethic.Neither dies manager at 8pm on Saturday

Panera is going downhill. They put out a seasonaal squash soup and went to 2 paneras at 5 pm and neither had the soup

Service was terrible. The amounts on the pick 2 are considerably smaller than in other locations. Received my order without the drinks, ate all the food and I was still waiting for the drinks. Not a good location

Not the best and not the worst. Got a tomatoes soup. It was served fast and hot through the drive thru. The girl that was taking the drive thru orders might be new because she didn't know what went in a green smoothie that I asked about. I'm disappointed that the silverware is not individually wrapped for the drive thru orders. It's OK. Inside it was clean. Bathroom was a little dirty.
