I gotta say the workers here are always kind, friendly and polite. I’ve had a few occasions where I ordered for the wrong location and they’ve been quick to cancel it for me at the other location and serve me quickly. The pizza is good, nothing amazing but it’s a pizza food chain with great prices so you get what you pay for. No complaints or bad experiences here. Even on a day they are extremely busy service is quick and they bring on the extra man power to keep pumping out food quick. They’ve got awesome teamwork.Parking: Awesome store front 10 minute parking spots typically available

Last night ordered about $50 worth of food and everything was great accept my only veggie papa bowl. I absolutely hated it.Today I walked into store#922, where Zavier (General Manager) came to the counter and I explained my story while literally showing him that only one bite was missing. He then said no I can't return eaten food. I explained that I must take a bite to know if I like it and his response was this question, "you're going to buy something, eat it and ask to return it?" To which my reply was absolutely if the product doesn't taste good.Then Zavier asked me if I called last night? I said, "No" and then his reply was you can only get the freshness guarantee if you call. I explained I am standing in front of him with the entire Papa Bowl the next day and since I did not call, I can't exchange it for something else? He again said you must call the night of your order. I said so if I called, complained, then ate the whole Papa Bowl you would credit me. He just stared at me. I asked if this was a policy and he said yes. I asked him to show me the policy then he said that is the way we do it. Absolutely ludacris his logic and he lied about policy.

I have called them multiple times and on different days. They do not pick up the phone, They'll tell you half a word put you on hold, or answer and hang it up. I wish they were new management here in my area I just call another pizza place and receive my order

Didn't realize I had a Papa Johns close to the house and next to Starbucks. Ordered online and was ready in less than 15 minutes. Got text message that my order was ready for pick up right out of the oven.

A shame this business has gone straight down hill. We've ordered from here for many years but recently been disappointed.It seems they moved across the street to the Southwest corner of Sheridan and Flamingo not long ago, so maybe new owners?Don't try to call when your order doesn't show up. If you are able to even find a phone number, you will not get a live person but only a recorded message.Very disappointing and annoying.Once it did arrive, the pizza wasn't well cooked, nor the wings. I hope the brownies are fresh but I'm not counting on it since the last time we ordered they were at least two days old. If you make brownies, you know what I'm talking about.BTW YELP, stupid it is a requirement add any star before one can post a review.I would not recommend this location.
