Ordered takeout a week ago the 24 pc BBQ wings and got home to find they gave me garlic bread sticks, I called and they fixed so a week later I ordered same as before and got home and discovered the large meatlovers original crust pizza I ordered was thin crust n burnt so really not edible but didn't want to go thru what I did before with calling them and fix next day coz I ordered dinner and had no way back same night coz no ride coz hubby works 3rd shift I just three away and will not be returning to this location... if I could give neg 0 stars I would...

Whoever is in the kitchen today definitely understood the assignment… Buffalo wings was nice & hot. And definitely enough sauce chicken was nice and wet. Ordered pepperoni pizza it was also good & baked well

I scheduled a delivery from 11am to 3:15pm and it arrived at 4:00pm with a pizza and a cold and unpleasant cookie. Very sad, my son was waiting for his pizza with great happiness and received a disappointment. The pizza is expensive, they should meet expectations.

I ordered Papa’s pairings online 2 barbecue wings and one pita something went wrong and when I called them to talk to them about it, it was like no customer service they don’t care the manager didn’t do anything about it and the delivery driver said it wasn’t his problem I won’t be ordering from here ever again

I ordered a large 5 topping pizza , oreo papabites, and a 2 liter for us and the kiddos. Our delivery time states 8:22 PM, it is now 8:57 and the pizza is still not here. I call to ask if there is anything that can be done for the inconvinience and their answer is no I am sorry. This is not what was promised when the order was placed. This is disappointing.

I have been purchasing from Papa Johns since they opened. Not exclusively, they are good but not great, and I buy from them when they have a sale or when I'm having a party and I need delivery. They have a rewards program, and the points expire (which is terrible to begin with). I got a notice and points were expiring after 6/2, and I happened to be having a party on 6/2, so I waited to use them then. But it turns out "after 6/2" means the same as "on 6/1" to them, they purposfully word their e-mails to make it sound like you have an extra day that you do not have. I complained about this, but they refused to refund the $10.70 that they have stolen from me, saying that their rewards are not guaranteed and they do not have any policy allowing for refunds. They offered to replace the rewards dollars, but I'm paying interest on my credit card on the amount they already charged me. This is fraud, and now I'm having to contact the credit card company to deny the charge. I'm done with this restaurant unless I get a personal response to my e-mail from the local manager and my entire order is refunded.

Placed an order ahead of time for a school event. I called in 2 hours before the order was due to make sure everything was on track since the delivery needed to be by a certain time and according to their auto response the order was on track. I called back 15 minutes after me order was due and they couldn’t fine my order then they tell me it just came into their system and it is not due for another hour and that i out the wrong time. I tell them I have email proof I placed an order with a delivery time of 12:15 not 1:15. Then they proceeded to ask me if they should just cancel the order. Seriously.
