Terrible service from a woman that answered the phone. Stephany we called to find a status on an order and she gave us a terrible service and an attitude for no reason . If she doesn’t want to be working for Papa John’s go work somewhere else . There’s plenty of people in need of a job to be hiring nasty people like her .

April 2, 2024 I ordered a small cheese pizza and a cookie, I ALWAYS g t a cookie from the papa John’s on Miramar. I went to this pizza palace to get it but instead got a pizzza peasant cookies worth. The chocolate chip was cookie dough. It was undercooked so bad I was scared to eat it with the belief of getting some kind of poisoning. They were receptive when I explained it tasted like doe (I’ll post pictures) so they made a different batch and ALL CAME OUT THE SAME IT WAS DISGUSTING he said that’s how the cookie is but I knew from previous orders it’s not. Then the last batch he gave me a BURNT cookie, whole thing was just nasty and I’m disgusted! I wish I can post videos so you can see how the cookie just breaks withought barely touching it but you could see the folds in that shows it’s not cooke. Can someone get sick from this?

I ordered on the website with no issue. I received my pizza and as I went to eat it, the whole thing was falling apart. The cheese and the toppings came off, and the stuff cheese crust was separating from the pizza. Also, the stuff crust was just a block of cheese, no garlic on it whatsoever, and not melting great once I tried to heat it! It was the same with the other pizza I ordered.When I reached out to the manager, he couldn't offer a refund. The only thing they could do was remake it or give a credit. I just wanted a refund and not even for the whole order because i did order other items. It was just for the 2 pizzas from that order. However, they still couldn't process the refund.Filled out a complaint form by calling the customer service number online. The next day, the general manager, Scott R. sent me an email after stating I wanted to be contacted via phone and left the store number saying it was his number within the email and to call that number if I prefer to have a conversation.I kindly emailed back about getting a refund, but no response. I followed up the next day via email again, but there was no response. I called the number he gave for the store, and he wasn't even there.Don't look to get a refund from this company as they aren't willing to provide one for the horrible quality. I honestly do not want to order from them again.There are many other quality pizza places around that I would rather go to.

I Love, Love, Love my local Papa John's in Pembroke Pines. When visit family in this area, I only order from here... The pizza is always delicious! Juan, one of the team leaders is always on point. Everyone here is very friendly and helpful. I totally appreciate local businesses such as this one. Highly recommend it.
Surprisingly good pizza. Stuff crust is my favorite. Prices are really not defendable in the pizza market for size of pizza. But I guess you get what you pay for. Referring to quality but not size. Other than that it’s good. I don’t know how they do with sales compared to other competitors. Around the area. But they can most definitely advance themselves As per price point.

I called to speak to the manager and no one answered. I have asked time and time again for them not to knock because of our crippled dog. I write it every time on the notes and ask for contactless delivery yet the delivery drivers can’t seem to figure it out. Please fix this absolute incompetence!!!

This has to be one of the worst Papa John’s anywhere. Their service is awful. They never put on extra cheese when ordered, delivery takes forever and the pizza usually arrives cold, and their employees are barely literate, seem to be high, and have terrible attitudes. On several occasions, they have simply ignored the order and just don’t deliver. Avoid.

Driver leaves pizza on doorstep without ringing bell or knocking on door. Received cold pizza. Contacted manager Eric and rather than apologizing, he became defensive. Call escalated and the exchange was so disrespectful and unprofessional that my husband has to get on the phone. I have lived here 18 yes and never have I been so disrespected by a store manager. I honestly thought he would come to my home to fight. No apology which is all that was needed. He specifically said he didn't care if I called corporate because he has his own business and didn't need his job. Calling corporate. He shouldn't be working there if he doesn't have the simplest skill ok knowing how to interact with customers. I later spoke to Kenny who apologized and refunded my order. All that was needed was an apology. If you don't need or like your job then don't work there!
