Will is the rudest manager. I’ve been ordering from Papa John’s for over 6 years Every Sunday night for youth group. & he dared to threaten me to take our group discount away because I asked how much 3 regular pizzas were. Mind you, every week food goes to waste because I’m forced to order 5 pizzas from them in order to get the discount, so that’s why I’m asking… so that food does not go to waste. Instead He assumes my motives (trying to say I’m being cheap) when I’m simply trying for food not to go to waste. I cancelled my order and I’m never ordering from here again. Ordering from luv n oven. Took 2 min, same price and great service! Will, learn how to treat people that give you consistent business. Papa John’s just lost a long time customer.

I had a great experience and placed carry out order with Nicholas he was very professional friendly and understood my questions for placing the order. It was a stuffed crust, extra cheese and pepperoni it was awesome and delicious, I highly recommend this location.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would. We ordered pizza for Halloween night on Thursday for delivery Friday evening. 24 hours in advance. Pizza didn’t show up, tried to call of course no answer. Went there in person and there were tons of pissed off people standing around. Took forever to talk to someone the girl finally told me that my order wasn’t even up yet on the board. I said how can other orders be ahead of me if I ordered yesterday? The only shining moment here was the young girl at the counter trying her best to resolve issues. I asked to talk to the manager who was standing six feet away. He wouldn’t come talk to me. Typical issue as we’ve had problems with this location previously and same type of service. Another woman came in and was extremely frustrated that her order which she placed at noon had been cancelled. Again instead of coming out to talk to anyone he yells out “ we have 640 pizzas to make”. Well maybe you should have considered capacity and timing and stopped talking orders. In any event the girl who DID have customer service ended up giving me three other pizzas and sent me on my way. The other bright light was that two and a half hours later which was three hours after it was supposed to be delivered a dude shows up with three additional pizzas.
At the end of the day this manager is terrible. No customer service skills, three his team under the bus and wouldn’t help them, in the past his store has forgotten stuff for delivery and when we call it in he says “sure I can deliver it but I’ll have to charge you”. He wants to charge me for the stuff I ordered that his team didn’t deliver right in the first place.
My advice. Go to Pizza Hu, Coleys Pizza or get a take out from Costco. Avoid this Papa John’s

I had a great experience at Papa John’s, and I want to give a special thank you to Luis, the General Manager. The pizza was absolutely delicious fresh, hot, and made just right. The store was also very clean and well-kept, which really stood out to me. You can tell that Luis takes pride in running a well-organized, customer focused restaurant. It’s always a pleasure coming in when everything is on point like this. Keep up the great work, Luis!

You have a driver that drives a small gold car that thinks the traffic signals don't apply to him. He stopped at a red light at 208th and Pines Blvd. He then eased out into the intersection slowly and then just continued onto pines while the light was still red. Happened on 06/04/25 around 7:10pm. And then I sat on hold for more than 10 minutes so I posted it here instead. Would've been a shame if your driver caused an accident because he couldn't wait 2 minutes.
Caesar was amazing. I had a big snaffoo with my order being at the wrong time and he fixed everything and was so kind and helpful!

I was recently visiting family who live in this area, and because I don’t like to arrive anywhere empty-handed, I thought I would swing by and pick up a few orders of yummy boneless wings. It was a terrible mistake! There were a few customers and a lot of food delivery couriers—all waiting for their orders. I waited for my turn, but what ensued left me not wanting to order and literally run from there. I have learned the hard way about Situational Awareness and when to go! There’s plenty to share about what I observed as I waited, but suffice to say that not only was the attendant at the counter rude; lacking proper customer service skills, but the MOD was even worse—coming up front from the back and yelling at an elderly customer “Get out and don’t come back here! If you don’t like it, just get out now—you don’t have to order here and we don’t have to serve you!” Wait, what?! All the elderly man did was to ask politely how much longer he had to wait. I myself had been standing there for over seven minutes without anyone asking me anything. I can only imagine how much of a wait he and others there had (unattended or without follow-up) before I walked in. Service in the service industry (indiscriminately) is key. As they say, “If you can’t stand the heat, get out of the kitchen.” I, for one, will not be a patron of this location, and do not recommend it. [no photos to protect the privacy of others]
Basic Papa Johns but either needs a consultant or train staff to follow franchise standards when working the front because the are always lost and disoriented when dealing with customers
Please do not order from this store. They continue to get just about every order wrong and will not recommend to order from this location. Lots of other locations to order from around here.
