Everytime I've been to this location, I've been greeted pleasantly and with a smile. The order is done correctly and the pizzas ALWAYS taste delicious. With so many places to eat pizza, this spot is always my recommendation for a simple solution to the daily trivial question of...."What's for dinner?!"

Terrible experience with the worst Papa Johns franchise, indolent people , pizza arrive to our hot, we allowed them get in then they park few blocks before inside our association, they turn back with not delivery, arguing they can't get in because not id, lie over lies , avoid this place order from Dominos

Papa John’s is pretty much what you’d expect from a reliable pizza chain. The pizza tasted good and fresh, just like it should. The BBQ wings were on point too—nothing mind-blowing, but definitely hit the spot. The staff at the store were super friendly, and I appreciated that the place looked clean when I picked up my order. The whole process was smooth and quick, which is always a plus. Overall, it’s not gourmet, but if you’re looking for a solid pizza experience, Papa John’s delivers exactly what you need.

Hi Manager,I visited yesterday with an order worth $60 for 3 pizzas. The employee (young lady) taking my order seemed to have an issue with the way customers spoke English. She acted as though she couldn’t understand my requests and indicated discrepancies between the menu descriptions and her order device. For example, when I ordered Parmesan cheese, she claimed it wasn’t available as described. Furthermore, after about 7 minutes of trying to communicate, she inappropriately asked if I spoke Spanish, which felt quite disrespectful. I don’t speak Spanish, and it seemed like there was a reluctance to accommodate different accents. I even tried to use hand gestures to explain my order, but the service remained dismissive. Ultimately, I left and placed the same order at another branch of Papa Johns in Flamingo, where my accent and order were accepted without issue. This happened before 8 PM yesterday, and security footage could verify this employee’s behavior. A piece of advice: if one is not happy in their job, especially in a role that requires customer interaction, perhaps it’s better to consider other options. Remember, customers support your salary through their purchases, and accommodating diverse accents and clearly explaining services offered is part of the job.
