Hi Manager,I visited yesterday with an order worth $60 for 3 pizzas. The employee (young lady) taking my order seemed to have an issue with the way customers spoke English. She acted as though she couldn’t understand my requests and indicated discrepancies between the menu descriptions and her order device. For example, when I ordered Parmesan cheese, she claimed it wasn’t available as described. Furthermore, after about 7 minutes of trying to communicate, she inappropriately asked if I spoke Spanish, which felt quite disrespectful. I don’t speak Spanish, and it seemed like there was a reluctance to accommodate different accents. I even tried to use hand gestures to explain my order, but the service remained dismissive. Ultimately, I left and placed the same order at another branch of Papa Johns in Flamingo, where my accent and order were accepted without issue. This happened before 8 PM yesterday, and security footage could verify this employee’s behavior. A piece of advice: if one is not happy in their job, especially in a role that requires customer interaction, perhaps it’s better to consider other options. Remember, customers support your salary through their purchases, and accommodating diverse accents and clearly explaining services offered is part of the job.

Craving some pizza and Papa John's has never let us down yet. This is a take out restaurant with only a few chairs to sit and wait for your pizza....no tables. Kind of a stark place, not very welcoming...so not a great atmosphere. Again, you're there for take out. Wish they had had some napkins, parmesan, and red pepper out somewhere. Guess I should have asked. Anyway, we ordered The Works pizza and it was great. We like the crust...it's thinnish, but thick enough. Toppings were excellent and the sauce was good too....just like all of the Papa John's that we've been too.

Driver leaves pizza on doorstep without ringing bell or knocking on door. Received cold pizza. Contacted manager Eric and rather than apologizing, he became defensive. Call escalated and the exchange was so disrespectful and unprofessional that my husband has to get on the phone. I have lived here 18 yes and never have I been so disrespected by a store manager. I honestly thought he would come to my home to fight. No apology which is all that was needed. He specifically said he didn't care if I called corporate because he has his own business and didn't need his job. Calling corporate. He shouldn't be working there if he doesn't have the simplest skill ok knowing how to interact with customers. I later spoke to Kenny who apologized and refunded my order. All that was needed was an apology. If you don't need or like your job then don't work there!

Placed an order for a well done pizza that’s was a credit due to a bad mess up on a previous order. The pizza was not only undercooked but it wasn’t even cut. Lol I can’t make this stuff up. I called the store to try and tell them but was put on a 20 minute hold.
The food was excellent, by accident I got 3 medium pizzas on special for $6.99 each. The people were very friendly, I ordered by phone. Awesome place ?

If 0 stars was possible, that would be the rating. First the Papa John's app says my pizza was delivered. Well it was not. I call to let them know what is happening. They hang up the phone twice, (not sure if it was intentional or incompetence) while I was on hold. The third time a girl answers and let's me know the system had a "glitch" and that my order is on the way. After a additional 40 minutes my order arrives and this is what I received. You won't catch me ordering from this establishment EVER again. Save your money and go to Pizza Heaven. Total time waiting 1 Hour and 20 Minutes, for this.

Their Pepperoni pizza was very good. We particularly liked their soft dough. We also ordered some Chicken wings to try with a BBQ sauce. The wings were good sized but were not cooked enough. We thought that they would be deep fried and be crispy but unfortunately they were not. Too bad. We will need to try them again. Good luck with your order!!

Never had an issue, until…Waiting on a pizza, watching the driver on the app, perplexed by how he drove near but never went into our gate.The app then said “delivered”.I called this location, they put me on hold. I stayed on the call and drove to them (still on hold), waited in line (still on hold). I got to the front of the line, watched them put someone else on hold (how many lines do they have?) and told them they could end my call. I asked what happened.Delivery guy said he’d called me “seven times” and I didn’t answered so, my fault. He had been calling a number I had in 2018 (yet previous deliveries were no issue.) Cashier Karen told me that he tried to deliver but I didn’t answer so… Yknow…?I said I didn’t care about the blame game. I wanted my pizza. They weren’t having it, not until they could exonerate themselves, make me understand and apologize for, in my frustration, saying “douchebag driver” and “is there an adult I could speak to?”How hard would it have been to say, “my bad, sir, what was the pizza you had ordered?”Horrible horrible experience.I have since discovered how many other delicious options there are locally who deliver quickly and serve better food.

We waited for almost 2 hours and they canceled the order because the delivery address was the store address. I’ve ordered from them before and they had my name they could have get my info from the computer. Manager said that they would credit the last order but they charged me for the next order which was going to take another 35 minutes. Awful customer service!
