First time at PDQ. Used drive thru where the young lady was sweet and helpful with my order. Then to pick up window where 2 young ladies were just as friendly asking what else i needed. It was nice to see them working so well together and pleasant and helpful too. Had the Chicken deluxe meals w/waffle fries. Delicious! Good portions too. Definitely recommend and will go back

One of my favorite spots for spicy fried chicken tenders. I always order the same thing, so I can’t speak for the rest of the menu — but what I get is consistently great. The place is clean, the service is friendly, and the prices are fair. The chicken is perfectly crispy, flavorful, and pairs amazingly with their Buffalo Bleu sauce, which I absolutely love. Simple, reliable, and delicious every time.

Not So Fresh, Not So Friendly – Disappointed at PDQ Pembroke Pines
I stopped by the PDQ in Pembroke Pines to grab a kids meal for my daughter and decided to redeem my points for a free sandwich. I went through the drive-thru and asked to use my reward, but the cashier repeatedly quoted the wrong amount and insisted I couldn’t redeem the sandwich through her, something I’ve done without any issue at other PDQ locations like Hallandale and others around South Florida.
To make things worse, the Nashville Hot sandwich I ordered didn’t even resemble what I’ve had in the past. It looked and tasted more like a regular chicken tender sandwich, definitely not up to par.
The cashier also had a rude tone and acted like she was doing me a favor instead of helping a customer. The lack of professionalism and poor customer service were really disappointing. This location does not reflect the quality and experience I’ve come to expect from PDQ, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

This was our first time eating here and I can honestly say it was delicious! The service was incredibly fast and the staff were wonderful! Edited to add: We ate there again today and the staff went above and beyond! We will definitely dine there again!

I always enjoy coming to PDQ staff is always pleasant and accommodating. I have never had my order messed up food is always hot and fresh I just wish they would bring back the zucchini fries soooooo delicious. Have been coming here for 10 years now.
Food is always on point! Employees are decent as well. PDQ is light years better than all other chicken places!!! Period. I once ordered on the app for pickup, but when I got there had to wait - they gave me a coupon for 3 free tenders! Love PDQ.
Parking: Usually not busy, so plenty of parking if drive-thru is busy.
