Food is always on point! Employees are decent as well. PDQ is light years better than all other chicken places!!! Period. I once ordered on the app for pickup, but when I got there had to wait - they gave me a coupon for 3 free tenders! Love PDQ.

I came here because I Loved their Tenders from the Ft Myers location. Son wanted to try it since he had not had them before (lives with his mom). But now we go at least 2-3 times per month and he recommended I get PDQ for my team at work. So I did. They loved it so much, we just ordered again for the entire store again. Twice this week alone. My Assocs were asking for the location address so they could start going themselves. Best tenders out there.

I may be going against the grain when I say this, but PDQ is better than Chik-Fil-A! Both are neck-and-neck when it comes to superior customer service and quality of food, but I find the flavors of PDQ are fresher and more enjoyable. I think it all comes down to a lack of proper marketing (call me, I can help ?).

Last time I was here I ordered a KIDS meal and was given spicy tenders for my 4 year old didn’t realize it until we opened our food at home. Spicy tenders for a child I was so angry and didn’t go back there for a year which was today. I realized why I don’t bother coming here. Service is awful. Nasty attitude not from the person who took my order but from the person that provides the food at the second window. Just ugly attitude for no reason. They forgot my child’s fries that goes with the kids meals so I went back to get them and the man is steady arguing with me that he gave them to me and I’m telling him he didn’t. I mean he was arguing with me like the price for the fries were coming out of his check. It was ridiculous and he ended up giving them to me saying the person didn’t put them on the order. So once again I won’t be coming back to this location and it’s sad because there aren’t anymore in my area. Also the portions for meals are absurd. This is an adult meal for $13 and they barely gave me any fries. I ordered 2 5 piece tender meals. Look at this portion. I haven’t even opened it. I’m so disappointed in this place. Also it wasn’t busy either so what’s the excuse for this behavior?
