THE PEACH COBBLER HAD GRAHAM CRACKERS ON TOP AS A PEACH COBBLER CRUSH A BUNCH OF SQUARE GRAHAM COOKIES . WHEN I TASTED IT WHEN I GOT HOME I SPIT IT OUT BECAUSE I HATE GRAHAM CRACKERS AND THE BANANA PUDDING WAS SOME BOX BANANA PUDDING THEY ADDED WHIPPED CREAM AND THROUGH SOME VANILLA WAFERS ON TOP. I STARTED TO ORDER THROUGH DOOR DASH BUT DECIDED TO PICK IT UP. I AM SO GLAD I DIDN'T. I PAID 7.99 EACH BEFORE TAXES. THE PICTURES ARE NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE . FALSE ADVERTISING . I WANT A REFUND I ROAD FROM ANOTHER COUNTY WASTING MY GAS FOR THAT GARBAGE. THAT PLACE NEED TO CLOSE DOWN. I REPEAT THAT DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND GAS . Used to love ordering from here on Uber Eats, but then they’d forget to add the extra scoop of ice cream I always pay for.. (I also never complained to Uber Eats, but maybe I should have.)So I started going in person because I love the pudding and my boyfriend is a fan of their cobbler. The first time the service was great, so I was a little taken aback when I didn’t get that same service on my visit last night from the same person who gave great service the first time.I was the only customer inside the store and I didn’t order a side of “talk to me like I’m slow”.I’m sorry if you were having a bad night, but that lost you a loyal (and tipping) customer. People can tell when you’re irritated and that energy in the service ruined my dessert because I walked in happy and left unhappy for sure.

I ordered the cinnamon roll with caramel apple cobbler and a strawberry lemonade. I LOVE sweet things and I’m currently pregnant so the craving is even worse. But this was legit SO SWEET I couldn’t eat it. The lemonade literally had the consistency of syrup it was so sweet. I felt like my arteries were hardening by the moment.

I am so happy this place opened nearby! The cobblers are delicious and the milkshakes are smooth and extremely tasty. The pudding is not my favorite but that’s just my own preference. I order from here at least once a week.

Me and my Cousin went out to this place because we heard that it was good and had really good dessert. However we were really disappointed. We ordered a red velvet banana pudding assuming that there’s gonna be red velvet inside of it, we were wrong. It was sprinkles of red velvet crumbs on top. It also had no bananas which is weird because how do you sell banana pudding with no bananas. The taste was very artificial and it was absolutely disgusting, if anything you’re better off making it yourself. We went inside to get a refund and the lady was extremely rude and passive aggressive about it. She had an attitude the whole entire time even though we approached her very politely.-10, don’t order from here

We love to order from here since it opened. Not sure what happened last night but, I ordered the half strawberry and peach cobbler and when I got it home there was no ice cream, it was all cobbler. I never ordered a cobbler and had no ice cream, maybe the version comes like that, I'm just confused, I believe you can specify no ice cream but that is something I have never done in all my orders.My wife ordered pecans on cinnamon roll and there was none at all. We paid for it but did not receive what we paid for. It was around 8:30pm January 30th 2024.I work an 11 hour day as does my wife. The order was a pickup up and was to tired to go back. We called the number on website that we ordered from but there was no answer. I will order again and leave a more positive review hoping the orders come out right and stay consistent. I know we can all have an off day and make mistakes. Just sharing my feedback on our experience last night. Disappointmented.
My best friend recommended this place tonight for dessert and OMG it was the best tasting experience. I got the peach cobbler with ice cream and this was the best tasting dessert I’ve had in a while. I highly recommend this place. It hits the spot for sure.

I ordered the peach cobbler and the red velvet banana pudding. Both were absolutely amazing. I hadn't had peach cobbler that good since I was a little girl at my grandmothers house. I would have given them 5 stars, but there was only one young lady working the register. I think she should have had help. Oh yeah, the ambience was nice as well. I definitely recommend.

I really didn’t want to be the one to do this but I must say, the first time I went with my family, the cobblers were amazing! We couldn’t wait to go back! However, after visiting for the 2nd time just yesterday I must say, I regret going back as there seems to be a consistency problem. First of all, the young man who served at the front had quite a few customers and seemed to be the only one working there along with one person in the back which maybe they needed more staff. Secondly, cobblers tasted off and were lukewarm, we barely got any fruit in the cobbler and it was all gelatinous, lacking crust and not good at all. I don’t know if we got the last cobbler left in the pan but I wish we would’ve gotten a fresh batch that didn’t taste a day old. Please do better peach cobbler factory. I wanted to go back and love it but unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be back. Myself, my husband and our friend whom we treated to peach cobbler factory were disappointed that our cobbler was not hot or fresh and the customer service person was just MEH.
