Pho Bar Vietnamese Kitchen Pembroke Pines

We waited over 10 mins from being seated and were not even acknowledged. We watched three separate tables who got seated after us got asked for their orders while we still waited. To clarify, I don’t have an issue waiting as long as we are addressed and told there may be a long wait time but nobody said a thing. Unfortunate because we heard good things about this place and wanted to give it a try. We left and went to our go to spot: Pho Nguyen in Pines. The owner of this place always acknowledges us as we walk in and has taken the time to remember our order which means a lot. My husband and I really appreciate good customer service because it’s very hard to come by nowadays.

Great food, service, and atmosphere. Honey garlic wings were incredible and the broth for the pho was second to none.

I love this place. I come here at least 2-3 times a week. Egg rolls are amazing with peanut sauce. The wings are spectacular. The grilled pork and noodle bowl is fire!!!! And eye round steak with meatball pho is superb.

Not for anything, but this has to be my favorite pho spot. The service was incredible. Tien did a great job at attending us as he was very in tune with what we needed, and provided great recommendations. There was a slight mixup with a drink I ordered and both Tien and Johnny the bartender worked together to make things more than right. Even after kindly declining their offer for a drink on the house, they insisted. This is so rare to come across in any kind of dining nowadays. 100/10, very highly recommend!!!

I’ve tried many pho places in my life and this place is top notch. The broth is soooo good and flavorful. Normally I like to dress up my pho a lot. I didn’t need to this time. Our server was so sweet and gave me a small bowl to share my pho with my baby and let just say my baby loved the pho too!!

Stephanie!!! What an AMAZING SERVER!!! She was very attentive and always coming back asking if we needed anything. My wife and I had the Pork Spring Rolls per her advice and Egg Rolls, and two Eye Round and Brisket Pho as our main dish. Everything was fresh and flavorful with a modern twist to it all. This is authentic Vietnamese cuisine at its finest. AMAZING FOOD AND SERVICE!!! Thank you, looking forward to next time!!

The pho was delightful and the steamed rice cake was the best. As a solo diner, I was shocked by the automatic 18% gratuity and being asked if I wanted to tip more. Also when I asked for less ice in the sugarcane juice, I was told there was an up charge for it. Bring a sweater as the restaurant was freezing.

I have been coming to the pho bar for a couple years, and I come every year on my birthday and in special occasions as well. And I would have to say this place is the best pho I’ve ever had aside from their pho Being the best there are other items on there that are just as amazing. If you wanna know what to get here is my recommendation! The vegan pho Is amazing at first I used to get the shrimp pho, Which is really good, but when I tried the vegan pho I fell in love, as for the appetizer, I typically get the grilled muscles. I’m telling you one order is not enough because it’s so addicting today for the first time. I tried their coconut muscles because the waiter recommended it and I have to say it was just as good. It’s so hard to choose, which one to get because they’re equally that good The grilled muscles is more of a crunch and has a little bit of a spice kick and the coconut muscle gives a sweet but kick taste and don’t forget to add in. The leaf that they put as garnish I forgot what it was but it’s a traditional Vietnamese, from what the waiter explain that they usually put on their food and it’s amazing. It adds a bit of a freshness to it. I also tried their spring rolls. They are amazing with the peanut sauce very fresh. I also have tried their wings, which is amazing and their coconut water is amazing. I definitely recommend their Thai tea and their mock tails are amazing as well. I do have to say about the mock tails. It’s a bit pricey and they put it in small cups. I would say it’s not worth it. Wish it was put in bigger cups for that price but aside from that the flavor and everything was amazing. I also tried their fresh lemonade for the first time today and I would have to say it’s really really sweet so you have to water it down or at least let them know to lessen the sweetness. I also have tried their chocolate mousse, which also is great. I haven’t tried the desserts other than the chocolate mousse, but it’s not too sweet. It’s just the perfect sweetness.
Overall, I definitely recommend this place and the waiters and the staff there are amazing and sweet! So if you are looking for a great pho place come to this place
