Pho Nguyen is truly one of my favorite local restaurants. Every time I visit, I order their spicy noodle soup with pho noodles instead of vermicelli, plus added shrimp — and it is amazing every single time. The flavors are rich, comforting, and exactly what I crave.
The customer service is always a perfect 10/10. They greet me with so much warmth that I genuinely feel welcome and at home whenever I’m there. It’s the kind of place that remembers you, takes care of you, and makes the whole experience just as good as the food.
I wouldn’t give this place 1 star because not everything was horrible. My friends that I was with got the lunch special and I tried it and it was great. I ordered the steamed chicken dumpling and on the menu it specifically said 3 and I was fine with it I didn’t say less or more. I also ordered the fried egg rolls. When I got the food the dumplings looked very plain and I was also expecting more for the egg rolls. The egg rolls tasted like they were from a frozen box and they were borderline burnt. When I went to go pay I saw the check was 17$. I asked the lady at the register what check it was since I didn’t expect that to be what I ordered since I had seen the original price and expected to pay way less. She showed me the order and it said she was charging me for four dumplings when that was never what I ordered. It told her I didn’t order 4 and she just looked at me and had a guilt face and didn’t say anything and just gave me the original price. She tried to upcharge me and thought I wouldn’t realize it. If you’re going to upcharge me for something I didn’t ask for or give me more than what I ordered then atleast let me know before you charge me. For the price that I paid the food was NOT worth it at all… Not only was the food not that good but the service was just horrible. She didn’t once check in with my table and spent the entire time in the back not even visible. Ive been to places where the food wasn’t that good and few times have I left a bad review. I rarely give restaurants reviews good or bad but I felt like I had to because it was genuinely a bad experience at this place. Overall, the service was bad, the food was bad and they try to over charge you and hope u don’t notice. So ps make sure u don’t get overcharged if u come here. And I also don’t recommend getting the dumplings or egg rolls.

The pho no taste at all. I don't know how they got 4 stars above. My wife ordered spicy beef noodles and I had pho special. Both are not tasty and over $20 pho???? I don't recommend come again.

Boba tasted decent but bad portion size, bad customer service, and super expensive. Also the boba was like broken and get stuck and couldnt sip it thru the straw correctly. Terrible experience, I left unhappy.

I was at this Pho restaurant today and I was rather impressed. If you want delicious authentic pho soup you need to come here. This is the best Pho restaurant I've been to and believe me I've tried many other Pho restaurants. The soup was so flavorful and delicious. They give you huge soup portions with lots of meat & noodles. The boba teas are also good. We had the P2 soup, fried tempura shrimp, and a taro & brown sugar boba teas. The owner served us and he was so nice and friendly. You gotta try this place. I will definitely be back. If I could give them 10 stars I would. For those who think the prices are high let me tell you that you are getting your money's worth. The portions are huge and the food is fresh and delicious. I couldn't even finish all of my soup of how huge it was. I highly recommend this place.

I got a beef pho from there I asked for extra meat and didn’t get it I did a pick up order I was charged $27 for one beef pho with the small amount of beef no extra I will definitely not recommend this place they over charged me.

I when to buy a smoothie .. and the lady that is in the register made my smoothie and she doesn’t even use a gloves to make it ! Soo disgusting !! Dirty place!
