I had originally place an online order for delivery and they utilize Door Dash for delivery. The Door Dash driver picked up the food and delivered it to the wrong address and then could care less and never responded to my text messages. I reached out to Door Dash and they indicated it was not their problem, I had to reach out to Pieology. The GM Jessica was amazing!!!! She replaced the whole order at no cost to me!!! Thank you so much Jessika!!! You really helped add a smile to a very rough week!!!

Brandon that usually works in the plantation location was working here in pines tonight and he has amazing customer service. He was very patient with our family. We ordered four pizzas and he didn’t make us feel rushed at all eventhough it was close to closing time. Very pleased with how he took care of us. He’s the MVP here

Haven't been in a couple years. Was never overly impressed as Blaze is much better but too far away. My experience was worse than awful. The place was empty, and I mean empty. For a Friday night that should have been a sign to run in the other direction. We were so hungry we decided to continue. One positive note is that we were greeted upon arrival. We placed our orders and as soon as he began making the pizzas it was apparent that training was lacking. Every ingredient was over loaded on the pies. I asked for pesto and he put about 4 oz around the crust. I asked for him to remove some and he was completely lost and didn't know what to do. I told him to forget it. While we were waiting for the pizza we noticed the promo of 2 for $22. I went up and asked why we didn't get the promo. I didn't get a clear response and he began typing into the register for several minutes. I was then told that the order was credited and there was no charge. I did feel a sense of relief that the $48 I spent for what I was preparing to be awful was credited. As expected the food was awful and ate only what I could manage. What a disappointment. I'll never go back and don't anticipatte them being open much longer.

Pizza made fresh to order. Very fresh and delicious.

I genuinely feel bad writing this review but i was so disappointed with the entire experience. The staff wasn’t very welcoming. I asked for light sauce, they proceeded to pour a lot of sauce onto the raw dough and then scooped it with their hands (yes, they wore gloves) and then just put it back into the sauce container. Like, so many things ran through my mind: gluten free options, bacteria, etc.

Then i asked do you have smoked ham or any ham? They said no so i changed my order. Well i eventually found the ham staring at me after my pizza was already in the oven. So that kinda sucks.

Overall, the pizza did not taste good, it was pretty bland. This was my 2nd time coming here within 10 years and my experience isnt much different from my first. The staff just didnt seem to care all that much.
