Called them to see if they were open on the fourth. They said they are until said time. Arrived over an hour before that time. It was closed. Cost me about an hour drive.

Drove half an hour to this location and it was closed. Hours of operations listed online says this location opens at 11:00 AM. The door of the location says they open at 12:00 PM. Real upsetting.

Delicious Ice cream! The restrooms were terrible. We ask the guy to clean them and he didn’t.

In my opinion the best natural yogurt ice cream. The taste is delicious, low in calories. The quality of the ingredients is evident when you taste the ice cream.It is located in a very nice place, easy to park. They have tables inside and outside. We love going as a family.

drove 40 mins only to find the place not open. completely dark inside with open signs still displaying. store hours also different than online but didn’t make a difference with no one at the store. a few others came as well also disappointed.

Really disappointed that we drove 45 minutes from South Beach to get frozen yogurt here only to find it closed. We arrived at 12pm, waited till 12:30 and they still had no staff onsite. Even the “open” signs were on. I wish they would update the hours online if they weren’t going to open today.

My family and I usually come to this location once a week and grab frozen yogurt with toppings. Tonight was just the night the owner served us. Let’s just say he lost a loyal customer because my family and I won’t be back. It’s one thing that we pay the price but not for what we asked for. The owner was not listening if we say a little bit of a particular topping he’ll add lots of sprinkles over a little bit of yogurt. Very little dessert in a large cup it doesn’t even look like the advertisement in the pictures. He’s being expensive but cheap with the amount of dessert he added in the large cup. No swirl it’s just a little bit of yogurt. I’m used to the other workers who used to give u what u pay for. I seen ants crawling around the toppings. It was a big roach on the floor. I just won’t be back. The owner had a nasty attitude when we tried to explain that we come here all the time and we never got shortened of the amount we’d normally receive. He just kept saying he’s the owner. I’m not cheap but if I’m paying for something that’s a bit overpriced I better get the amount I’m supposed to get.
