I ordered extra cheese and it was not. They remade the pizza and still got it wrong but I had hungry kids and could no longer wait. It already sucks that we have to pay for cheese unlike Dominos where it’s an actual topping. We don’t eat the other stuff. It’s never enough cheese on the pizza to begin with. A bunch of red sauce spots because it’s not enough cheese. Please do better!

I wish I had read the reviews first. THE WORST PIZZA HUT EXPERIENCE. Undercooked pizza, order was wrong! Associates do not speak English well enough to answer BASIC questions. The store manager was no help. My order was $31 and neither pizza was worth eating. Waste of money.

I placed an order for cash delivery and realized later that I only had a large bill. I tried calling the store but the delivery person was already at my gate. I explained the issue and the delivery woman (who understood) tried to call the store and offer alternative options, she was met with an immediate "NO" to bring the order back. I've ordered countless times before which I'm sure can be viewed by this location. I called the store myself for clarification and kept getting the same response about the large bill issue (which was already understood.) I'm very disappointed in the lack of empathy, understanding, and customer service from "management" over something that could've been an easy fix, but it was not on their part. After they continuously denied the request to let me pay by phone while the delivery driver was in my presence. I ended up placing an order with Papa John soon after I got a call from Pizza Hut telling me I could pay by phone. Treat your customers better.

Terrible experience from start to finish. I ordered a pizza online to be delivered to my hotel and arranged to meet the driver in the lobby for convenience. The tracker indicated the pizza would be ready in about 20 minutes, which seemed reasonable. However, I ended up waiting in the lobby for nearly 30 minutes after the expected delivery time. When I called the restaurant, the automated message claimed the food had already been delivered. After finally speaking with someone, they informed me that the driver had forgotten the drinks and would return in 10 minutes—and that they would remake the pizza. The driver arrived about 15 minutes later with a crushed box of cold pizza. I strongly recommend against ordering from this place.

The food is horrible. The crust is plain. No flavor. Even the bread sticks. No garlic or salt. Just dry bread. It almost looks like cornbread. Horrible service.

I am not a person who usually leaves bad reviews very often, I really tried to give this branch of Pizza Hut several opportunities but today was the last straw.It is the fifth time that they have done the same thing to me every time I call to order something... today I called to order and asked for prices for Alfredo pasta, while that was happening I could notice the lack of patience and good attention of the agent who answered on the phone, I asked if I was speaking directly with the branch and they told me yes just like the previous 4 times which shows that it is a branch issue and not Pizza Hut as a whole.The person put me on hold and told me I'll be right back, they didn't take the order, they left me on hold for about 6 minutes and then they hung up on me... no one called back... nor did they care about me as a customer... it's the fifth time I've called and Even with my advance menu to order quickly, they ignore me, leave me waiting, block me, etc...I have eaten at this branch at least 20 times before ordering in person but on the phone they are rude, apathetic, everything bad about service that can beToday this branch lost a customer who invested a lot of time, patience and at least ordered pizza many times before.With a large family of 4 hungry children and a wife, on Mother's Day I lost time and got upset.This is a serious matter for the manager of that branch. I am tired of this attention. As a business owner, I would not be happy at all with employees who let my clients go to other brands.

Instead of acknowledging the problem, she continued arguing with me about the pizza not being intact, insinuating that I returned the pizza after consuming most of it. She did not offer a solution while continuing in a shouting match.
