I am very disappointed with my recent order from Pizza Hut. We placed an order online for delivery, but for some reason it was switched to carryout. To make things worse, a driver tip was automatically added, even though there was no delivery driver, since my husband had to go pick it up himself. When he brought the food home, the pizza was burnt. To make matters worse, when we called, the general manager actually asked us to bring the burnt pizza back instead of just making it right. Very poor service and quality all around.

Got a promo code from my rewards when i got there the manager refunded the order just so i got to pay the double of what its was with the promotion ,so i don’t see point anymore of buying pizza here that anywhere else 🤔
Oh my gosh, worst place to ever call for a pick up order. I called for an extra large with crust right they said we don’t have extra large. It’s OK so I say OK give me too large with crust and she’s like OK that will come out $62 but if you want, we have a special meal with one more soda and you get like a discount right so I ask what’s the discount And she says OK so with the soda year total gonna be $92 and I asked she’s like there’s a discount of 5% off just that the soda cost a bit more and the cheese stuff for ask her for the regular price and she went from $60-$80. Explain me this Trust me don’t do not call this place cause this lady clearly did not know what she’s talking about.

I orders online. When I bit into my pizza the dough was not fully cooked it was gross and the chicken Alfredo meat had a weird texture . It was late and not worth waiting another 35-40 minutes total waste of almost $40 Pizza hut isn’t the same anymore.

Just lost me as a long time return customer. We always pay online and never tip on take out orders. I knew something was odd when I got to the store and was presented with a receipt to sign and fill out the tip and total portion (first time ever for this, as I mentioned we always pay online), like some type of low key shade being thrown our way. Anyway got home and the food was absolutely atrocious, cold with bad old smelly pepperoni.
So what now? Is the tip culture getting to the point where we are now expected to tip on take out orders, and if you don't then the staff will retaliate by messing with your food? Do I now need to start tipping when I go to McDonald's and Taco bell as well? 🙄

I ordered using the Pizza Hut app for carry-out. Order was taken at 9:16pm and it said would be ready by 9:31pm. I gave them an extra 5 minutes and entered the store at 9:36pm. The employees appeared to be super busy in the back. No one was in the front only 6 or 7 customers waiting. When an employee finally came to the front of the store, I told them my name. They said it would be another 10-15 minutes. I left the store at 10pm. Won’t be going back.

I ordered for delivery and they wanted to cancel my order because no drivers I was paying with cash and the general manager told them to cancel my order because they had no drivers then I paid with a card to have order delivered with a DoorDash driver that the use and he told me he couldn’t locate my address and didn’t speak English so I was unable to communicate with the driver this is unacceptable service from Pizza Hut on pembroke Road in Pembroke Pines hire more people it’s not the customer who should suffer due to lack of employees and that general manager should be fired

I get better service and clarity when I order online. Please train your staff to communicate better.

The order wasn't ready and I had to wait an additional 10 minutes despite ordering early. The pizzas were undercooked, as was the brownie. It was my first time ordering from here and I will not be going back.
