Idk if it’s Pizza Hut the company itself or the location but the pizza is terrible, the sausage tastes like rubber with pepper.. and for that price, it was not worth it. I remember when dominos used to be bad and Pizza Hut had the salad bar but now the roles are reversed.

Used to work here back then in 2022 as my 1st job lol while a sophomore in high school. Food is Ok, service is Ok as well not good or bad but somewhere around in the middle. but for me dominos got better pizza so. I recommend the chicken Alfredo pasta bowl here its good!

DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE - COCKROACHES IN PIZZA!FDA and Pizza Hut CorporateI am writing to express my utter disgust and horror at the experience I had with Pizza Hut last night. I ordered a pizza from the 18469 Pines blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33039, and when I opened the box, I was shocked to find COCKROACHES OF ALL SIZES CRAWLING ALL OVER MY FOOD!Not only was the pizza inedible, but the presence of cockroaches also posed a serious health risk. I was appalled by the sheer negligence and lack of hygiene standards at this establishment. It's unacceptable that a reputable brand like Pizza Hut would allow such a breach of food safety.I demand that the FDA takes immediate action to investigate this incident and shut down this location until further notice. The public's health and well-being are at risk, and it's the responsibility of food establishments to ensure that their products are safe for consumption.To Pizza Hut Corporate:- I expect a full refund for my order and compensation for the distress caused.- I demand that you take immediate action to address the issue and ensure that all locations are following proper food safety protocols.- I will be sharing my experience with friends, family, and online platforms to raise awareness about the importance of food safety.To the FDA:- I urge you to investigate this incident and take appropriate action to protect the public's health.- I request that you inspect the 18469 Pines blvd, Pembroke Pines, FL 33039 Pizza Hut branch and ensure that they are following all food safety regulations.This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth, and I hope that swift action is taken to prevent such incidents in the future.

I placed my order for 1 pepperoni Pizza with extra sauce and I used my points for the free cheese sticks I earned. Order was placed at 7:08 was set to be ready at 7:25. I arrived around 7:30-7:35 and my order wasn’t ready. My son was told it’ll just be a few minutes. We waited about 10-15mins. The staff told my son the pizza got stuck in the oven and they had to make another one. They offered us a free soda which to me was crazy to me. Why not just comp the pizza it was only a little over $10!! Long story short we received the pizza at 8:10pm! A whole hour after the order was placed. When I reached home I noticed they put pepperoni on one side of the pizza smh. No extra sauce and to top it off I was given BREAD STICKS instead of cheese sticks. It’s so frustrating to not only have had to wait soooo long for the food, but to have the wrong items is a slap in the face. The store wasn’t even busy for them to have all of those problems. It was empty. I might have saw 2 people pick up the whole time I was sitting outside.
