Very Rude Customer Service. I called over 3 times and they would constantly cancel my calls over and over. I then went to visit the place asking for the manager and was completely ignored then given a terrible response. The workers there refused to give me the manager or even listen to what I had to say and said things like "You must be having a bad day" Yeah no wonder cause i'm trying to order a pizza and all you do is cancel my calls everytime i'm trying to place a order not only that but I knew for sure it was on purpose when they said they would put me on another "line". I never had an issue with this place until now.

The employees at this pizza hut as rude and disrespectful starting with a "manager"named Alvaro. He never gives eye contact and his answers are a grunt not words. The only full sentence is "may I help you?" . I called to place an order and whom ever answer the phone said 'you want to place an order?, what do you want? It's $6.90 and hang up the phone. Their pizza is not the best so at least they should have customer service. Last time I am purchasing from them. Rather drive 20 min out of my way to another pizza hut.

**Pizza Hut Delivery Review: Not Up to Par**
I recently ordered from Pizza Hut, and it was a letdown. The pizza arrived barely warm. There was hardly any sauce, making each bite dry and unappetizing. Overall, it just didn’t hit the spot like I hoped. On a positive note, the boneless wings were great, which was a small consolation. This experience has me reconsidering future orders.

I've never seen a franchise ran worse. I was transferred to a call center after being on hold for 30 minutes. The store was supposed to be open since 10am (the exact time I called). There is no management, they literally are outsourcing calls to a call center. It's truly deplorable. You cant get anyone on the

I was happy with the overall experience of the three different pizzas that I have ordered perfectly cooked and on time also the employee Ryan was very nice!
This place is a toss up. I went on a Wednesday (Jan 24th around 9pm) and the pizza I got was good and what I'd normally expect from Pizza Hut, but when I went back on a Tuesday (Feb 6th around 1-2pm) the crust tasted almost inedibly stale. I even had to throw away some of the breadsticks because they were they were as hard as cinderblocks. I don't think I can recommend this place but if you go anyway, make sure to take a bite out of your pizza before you leave in case you need to send it back.

On December 26 during the night, the manager was extremely rude, used a racist language against me and not polite, even to other clients that I was able to observe. This is my 3rd time going through this situation with this person at this location and I feel disrespected. Especially since all I do is pick up the order, I should not be having this type of disrespect.
