I was with my grandkids and they are shy and the young lady who waited on us made them feel comfortable and she was easy to talk to and they got comfortable with her and she let them place their order. Excellent employee.

They gave me the wrong order and had to drive all the way back. When my husband got there, the lady at the checkout did not even acknowledge me. I asked her to please check for me to make sure it was right this time. I had my hands busy with bags and she didn't even speak or acknowledge what I said the entire time. She just put it on my hands and walked away while I tried to juggle everything. Some of my things fell, she didn't even assist. It was another client standing...
