Horrible customer service. Horrible food. I went in for the first time and the cashier caught an attitude because I wasn't speaking Spanish. The food took more than 20 minutes to make so I went up an asked how long and she completely ignored me then about 5 minutes later brought the food to the table like she seriously couldn't give me an update. Never again

I’ve had Pollo Campero many times in Guatemala, so I was excited to finally try a U.S. location when I was in the area.
I ordered the 2-piece chicken meal with a side. I only eat breast meat, and the substitution was $1.80 upcharge. I followed the staff’s recommendation and tried both the fried and grilled chicken. The chicken was juicy, and cooked well, not overdone, which breast meat can easily become. That said, nothing about it really stood out or felt memorable.
For my side, I chose the yuca fries. They tasted good, but the portion was very small almost like they were counting how many went into the box. The meal also comes with a choice of a dinner roll or a tortilla. I chose the dinner roll but didn’t receive it (possibly because they initially set it up for dine in instead of to got. Drinks are not included with the meal.
On the positive side, the staff was friendly and took the time to explain the menu. The dining area and behind the counter appeared clean and well kept.
My total came to $12.58. Overall, if you are looking for a quick lunch doesn’t hurt swinging by.

Was excited to see Pollo Campero since I haven’t had it since I visited Guatemala. Ordered the four piece meal, which was advertised with a breast. Open the box, no chicken breast. The fries were rubbery, which is something I never experienced before. There were no utensils or napkins in the bag. I ended up giving two stars since the mango juice, plantains, and roll were good. Disappointed that it didn’t live up to my memory or expectations.

Food is great but customer service is beyond poor at location. Rather than workers take accountability for mistakes on orders, they’ll put it on customer. Was told food wouldn’t be ready for 30 minutes and to cancel my order via app. Which I did. App has no cancelation button, therefore wrote an email. Customer service team told me I was wrong as they were informed I picked up my food. That was all they could go on, their word. Will not be eating at this location again. Strong pass

The good: Quick service and the fried chicken was very flavorful. The plantains and rice was cooked well too. The bad: The family side portions seem small to feed a family of 3-4. I wanted to try to grilled chicken but they no longer had that available. The review: I recently visited an Pollo Campero El Salvador and was in intrigued to find out we had one in the states as well. The chicken carried the same taste as well as the fountain drink options from the county. I would come back, as they offer a different flavor to the chicken I have yet to get anywhere else.
No roasted chicken available not to mention 20 minutes for any chicken at all. Don’t believe them when they say “park outside we will take it over”. No one comes you better go grab it. Haven’t had this issue at other locations but if they keep this up back to pollo tropical.

Food always hit, rewards are awesome, Always greatly seasoned chicken unlimited juice/ horchata refils, love this place over KFC and when i want a clean meal that doesn't make me feel like im having a heart attack i come to here over / instead of popeyes
