I stood behind a lady, waiting to place an order for 10mins, NO ONE ACKNOWLEDGED US!! I went to the restroom came back & stood in line for another 5mins, all while servers were packing plates & passing out orders But STILL was not acknowledged.

Restaurant is dirty. Countertop where you order is dirty and human hair- parking lot has animals eating food/trash. Nice not place.
The last 2-3 times I've gone through the drive-through (including this afternoon), the young guy with the headset taking orders has been on point. Really nice job, seriously! Thanks.

Unfortunately, the workers are trying their best to get drive thru, in person and mobile orders all completed in a timely manner. They need a better assembly line system and more support. All online orders were being disregarded. It’s unfortunate since Pollo is a staple. Corporate needs to analyze how to make it flow. It was stressful seeing how stressed the workers were.
