I go there all the time because is close to my house but they always messed up the order (Even when the restaurant is empty ) And when you go back to the counter to ask them to fix it you get the most rude attitude from them
If you want pollo just choose another location and avoid the stress

Time and time again. Under cooked chicken. Came home, chicken is raw, went back for fresh well done. Got Home chicken still raw and on the same plate. Time and time again at this location never, ever again.

Pollo Tropical, poor customer service. They frequently get orders wrong—for instance, I recently ordered a kids’ Tropichop, and they didn’t include the chicken. This has now happened three times, and it feels intentional. It’s clear that the staff doesn’t take pride in their work, and such repeated mistakes highlight a lack of effective management. Everyone should either be retrained or replaced to ensure better service.
