This Pollo location is my favorite. The employees are always so fabulously friendly. They cater to your every need. No order or customization is too far fetched, or unattainable. AND THEY ARE ALWAYS IN STOCK OF ALL SAUCES! The chicken is juicy and tastes like it was made fresh just for me. I go at least twice a month. Thank you to the management and team!

Love this location! I’m never late from lunch cause that drive thru moves!! Anytime I have to go inside it’s always so clean and the cashiers, employees and managers are always so friendly, one of the reasons this is our HOME Pollo! Our favorite location!

I have got to many Pollo Tropical and this is my favorite.. And for a late night food run.. Fabulosa and the whole team was amazing very professional, and sweet with an amazing upbeat attitude, and makes you feel welcomed to the restaurant. The food was done well and delicious
