We ordered 3 tropic hops with chicken and black beans and poyo poyo sauce, the order came with rice beans and corns. We did not get chicken one of the orders and no cause with any any orders. PLEASE VARIFY YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE THE PLACE. The most important thing is that they act like they are doing a favour by replacing that item!!!

They never put silverware in the bag or dressing for This pollo tropical on Pembroke Pines is a disaster We ordered chicken salad plain no cheese with a note we got it with cheese thank you we ordered brown rose we got double black beans and on top of it all they keep leaving the food outside the door of the business instead of the desk has we requested .... Please get your act together

The service was slow and the food was the worst I have had. We tried the chicken sandwich and the bread was old and hard and the chicken wasn’t cooked properly. The wedge fries horrible they were dry and hard.
