Horrible experience! Got home and opened my food to feed my kids and see this. Undercooked and drenched in oil/water. This is chicken that hasn’t properly thawed being placed in the grill and not cooked for long enough. Ruined dinner for my family! Literally threw my money away!

My co worker got Togo food from here yesterday. She got 1st degree burns from her food falling on that was cooked too hot to be served. I wouldn’t recommend going here unless you would like to receive 1st degree burns! The staff is too young and they have a high turnover rate no one knows how to work the equipment properly and that’s how this happened. They served her food that was at boiling temperatures. The container being melted from having boiling contents in it spilled on her in her car, burning her skin and ruining her car.

The old Hispanic women working inside are disgusting. Coughing into their hands and then serving food, eating while packing food, and then they ignore you while you stand at the counter waiting to order. So disgusting and unsanitary. The young men working there are lovely

I gave 1 because no choice for 0. I came today and it was horrible service, terrible management. The old lady did not know how to take orders, she took 10 minutes for taking my orders. Really disappointed ? ? ? ? ?. The restaurant smell really bad.

The worst managed fast food restaurant ever. We went there a bunch of times because the location was convenient but we gave up. Every time we went they were out of something we wanted and they forgot to put something we ordered in the bag. Be sure to check your bag before you leave.

The place was very nice and quiet. It wasn't a lot of noise, or filled with commotion. I felt very comfortable there. I also noticed that it was sanitized. I saw one of the managers use hand sanitizer before touching the cashier. I can appreciate that, her not wanting to spread or receive any germs. I also saw one of the managers walk out of the bathroom, and dry her hands, so presumably she had washed her hand. Again, makes me feel comfortable to know that they are practicing some sort of Sanitation. The manager, Esther, was very polite. She attended to multiple people at one time, I noticed. She took one person's order, and another customer asked her a question. She was polite, and didn't seem frustrated. She helped both. Also, I saw a another manager, just India, multitask. She helped with her workers on the grill, and she also work and the front with customers. I like the leadership that I saw here. Also, the food was delicious, and fresh. The manager was good at making sure that the customers were satisfied, and that they had the correct order and bags.Vegetarian options: MANY Vegetarian/ Bergsn options.

Also worst experience. The place has gone down hill and the employees they hire do not care. They need to shut this place down and replace it with a better restaurant. They no longer have the fountain machine out to refill drinks. I paid the same to eat their meat trio grill here as I would at the Mission BBQ. Mission BBQ BLOWS THIS PLACE AWAY when you want meat. Please, everyone stop going here so that they will shut this place down. An apology won't be enough. Look at all of the tons of unhappy 1 star reviews here. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!
