Ordered via DoorDash 2 days ago….. the Cole slaw detailed as “ large “ wasn’t; that was money wasted due to overcharge. The “large “ mashed potatoes and gravy that came with the 8 piece meal wasn’t large either. The chicken was terrible and I could tell it had been sitting for a while and was rushed out the door. I’ll never order Popeye’s again nor visit the store. It was a terrible joke for food quality.

I want to say that I love this location. The reason I'm writing this review is to thank a young man by the name of Kendric! He Customer service was exceptional. Not only was he very courteous and respectful. He went the extra mile by making sure he gave us plenty of condiments and napkins when we didn't even ask for any. His personality and smile made it a pleasure.

Spent $45 in the drive through. I never got any sauce. Went back in to get more sauce and to ask if my spicy tenders were even spicy. The employee and manager were rude. Quality of food was terrible.

The food was okay. Staff is not very friendly.The one thing they always have is hot water in the restroom to clean your hands, which is always a good thing.
My husband went to pick up my order and the employee gave it to another person because she thought he was an "uber driver"and wanted to make him wait. She went to the back complaining about the "drivers never want to wait" and he explained he is not a driver but picking up for me (his wife). She appologized but told him now he has to wait 30 minutes for the food because someone else took it . No need to tell you i canceled the order . There food is great but need to retrain there employees on customer service!

Came in for an interview. Waited 30 minutes, I asked for the person who was suppose to interview me, she was no where to be found. Had to go up to the counter to ask the manager on duty to call and ask for her because this is my time that I am wasting for a scheduled interview. When I asked for her originally no one did anything just continued to struggle in the kitchen literally..As someone who knows the fast food world, I find this so unprofessional and my time being wasted. Bad rep for this company to be represented like that. I will enjoy Popeyes but I wouldn’t want to work here anymore because of this issue. Fix this location because just by observing the last 30 minutes! They need a ton of help.
