The place with a beautiful decoration, a pleasant atmosphere, extraordinary attention from Martin and his team and above all the best Italian food you can eat in Florida.

Service was good, but the food was not. Everyone was attentive and friendly. They were not busy though, so maybe that contributed to good service. We were one of two tables at 6PM. As others have mentioned, it does not smell like Italian food when you walk in. Instead, you get a strong whiff of a bad air freshener. My husband and I both agreed the ambiance was not that great either. The food is not authentic Italian and was barely edible. The calamari appetizer was dry and completely over fried. It is also way overpriced! My husband ordered the carbonara. It was one of the worst I have ever tasted. Definitely not traditional, and the guanciale was dry. I ordered the cacio e pepe because I wanted to experience the cheese wheel presentation. It was fun, but why would anyone add truffle oil to this amazing classic Italian dish??!! Truffle oil is too overpowering for this kind of dish and it was disgusting.I was so excited to try this place based on reviews, and all of the photos made the food look amazingf. But we will not being going back.

Please save yourself and your money. How can they call this Italian. We had reservations and our table was in a hallway across from kitchen and in front of a work station. The staff stood around our table the whole time. Our Food came out and all the pasta dishes were so under cooked by 5 minutes. Zero flavor in both dishes. 1 dish was filled with salt. Honestly, no taste. I took two bites and my wife took one and ask for check. In the beginning we were asked if would like bread. They charged us for the cold bread. Live and learn. Never again. We have two Italian places we have been going to for years and years and took a chance. On the way home we called one of them and picked up dinner. We are not food snobs but we know good from bad. Maybe we are spoiled. We ask for Togo boxes and tossed them in garbage.

I have been to Olive Garden once in the last 15 years. If you are not sure why, this review may not resonate with you. Having said that, for perspective, I would rather have had my 50th party at Olive Garden than to ever be forced to endure the poor quality and effort that was my recent dining experience at this restaurant. To be clear, the staff was very nice and it seemed as though they were trying their best. This is not about them. You can only drop so many little flowers on a plate to try to make what is an otherwise lowest quality meal appear to be something else. I will not go through the details of each dish but we tried multiple dishes and clearly some of the food was reheated and the only one that was even edible (the lobster ravioli) was likely out of a bag or was otherwise clearly not fresh. One other strong suspicion though I cannot say for sure. The restaurant was so poor that upon delving into the recent reviews we noticed a pattern in the quantity, timing and use of verbiage that at least suggest to me (though I admit I cannot prove it) that the reviewers may not be actual diners. For example, there were allegedly 3 five star reviews at almost exactly the same time on a particular day . Highly implausible. Finally, before I the owner sends the obligatory response, I would ask the owner to answer the following questions in your response.1. Is your Caesar dressing out of a jar or can?2. Is your tomato sauce out of a jar or can?3. Have you ever hired or retained anyone to write reviews for you without regard to whether they were actual customers?I only sent back one dish at this terrible place because I just couldn't be bothered but in case it isn't evident, my outrage at being subjected to the poor quality and poor decision-making of this restaurant's management leads me to feel compelled to urge you to save yourself.

The idea of this place is good, I personally did not like the atmosphere, I don't know, there was something missing. The service was very unprofessional, the waitress practically threw the silverware and the dishes. The waiter was in such a hurry that at the end of our dinner he came with the check in the middle of a conversation to mention that he had to go because he double shift and he appreciate if we could pay!!!! First and last time. Regarding the food, the Beef carpaccio was cold as ice, it was definitely preserved on the plate in the fridge, no seasoning at all, a little disappointed 5 out of 10. The pear and gorgonzola, the sauce was good but filled was too sweet, almost as jelly we give it a 4 out of 10. The Ossobucco Raviolli was the best of 3 dishes. I would give it a 7 out of 10. for now i wont come back, hope it get better with time.

We loved are dinner experience tonight @ Prosecco22. We started with the eggplant with burrata. It was amazing. The eggplant was delicious and made in a very authentic way. We ordered black linguini, Osso bucco ravioli and pasta Matricciana. Excellent choices. The desserts were to die for. My favorite was the tiramisu and my husband loved the cannoli. The highlight was the service, it was truly five stars. Our waiter Christian was superb very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. We’ll be back for traditional Italian food with a modern flare??
