Love getting food from here. Especially when Mayra V. Is behind the counter. She makes anything you order with love! Everything she suggest tastes great! Her coffee always makes my day. Thanks to her and Patty that place stays busy. Great example of customer service from both!

Working in a hectic hospital environment, it's refreshing to have a cafeteria that offers fast, efficient service with exceptional courtesy. I have been in and out of Memorial West hospital, and tonight had the worst service. The man at the register, at 8:30 on July 30, 2025, I wrote all this to make sure the know who it is, was really rude. I asked for a bag to put the sandwiches and potato chips I bought he literally looked at me with a bad face and opened the bag and held it tight for me to have to say, did I do something wrong? What is the attitude? He just looked at me and said sorry señora que pena. Which means sorry lady. I wish there was a phone number to call a manager to let him/her know what a nasty person they have their!
