QDOBA Mexican Eats

Qdoba team - I love this food and have been excited since it opened up. But you need to really do a better job of staffing. I’ve come here multiple Friday evenings to pick up dinner, and there are at least 25-30 people ahead of me. Just come in and check at 7:45p, to see. I’ve been waiting in line for 23 min when I started this post. I’ll finish it when I actually get my food. This is a really good way to lose business to Chipotle around you. Qdoba food is amazing, but the time to service needs to be improved. You could use the secondary line for online orders, that you have, that hardly ever gets used in the back, for in person too — or hire another person during this busy shift. Pretty annoyed, as this is the case every single Friday night. I’ve also come on a Saturday afternoon for lunch, and same exact thing. Got the food at 8:23pm. 38 min later!

Delicious food , clean establishment and friendly associates as well. Took no time to get in and out and the food is EONS ahead of Chipotle with ACTUALLY seasoned foods alongside more options all while being at least $5-7 cheaper. Def will be going back soon

I finally found my Chipotle replacement ! This place is amazing and checks all the boxes that i was looking for, needless to say im a fan for the foreseeable future. Would definitely recommend.

QDOBA never fails. First time eating at a QDOBA since 2017, and it tastes even better.
White rice, black beans, Habanero lime steak, Guacamole, sour cream, lettuce, and corn.

First timer, was going into this establishment with decent expectations and I was completely blown away, Nate was attending me and recommended me the cholula hot and sweet chicken and I loved it, I really appreciated his recommendation. Great establishment, great staff, great quality, I am definitely going back. They have definitely made a loyal customer out of me and are such a great competitor because they're killing it, and I've only tried one dish! Thanks for being cool Nate, be back soon!
