Good food, good portion sizes, no hidden extra fees for toppings. Staff was nice and the place was clean minus the leaking soda machine. Overall 9/10 for value.

Came in late and was greeted by a lovely young women in a black shirt and a young man in a beanie(i think his name was Diego). She was very welcoming and walked me through all the food options, as it was my first time here. The young man also made sure to have a smile and attended to getting me my chips and queso. Great customer service and lovely young lady! Thank you Sam!

For a chain restaurant, the food is really good. Great lunch or quick dinner pickup for the family.

I travel extensively for work. I love eating at Qdoba in Denver several times. Naturally, I was excited to see that a location opened up within 10 minutes of my home! Walking into the restaurant if that like any other Qdoba. I love that all toppings are included. I like the other places.

Where this experience started to go wrong was with the incredibly small portion of chicken, followed by the statement “we no longer sell cups of water,” and ending with the bit into my burrito, at which point, I discovered the chicken was old and dry.

Starting with the portion size, this was the smallest amount of chicken I’ve seen on any burrito at any major chain, including Chipotle and Moe’s.

The statement that Qdoba no longer gives out free water was absolutely ridiculous. I was told that I could use my own cup or water bottle… Who does that? Most restaurants specifically state that you are not to use your own water bottle for sanitary purposes. Could you imagine someone using their own personal water bottle and then touching the lip of their bottle to the dispenser? You would have instant spread of bacteria and viruses. That is one of the most unsanitary comments I’ve ever heard.

This all sounds like a penny-pinching franchisee to me, not a corporate policy. I’ve eaten at the other locations out West in Texas and Colorado with no issues whatsoever.

On a positive note, the two people working in the front line were VERY friendly!!!
