Very poor quality food a drowned $5 and fatal. They need better quality of food and Picada and meat to be able to set a price that is related and improve customer service. Very loud music for Sunday

Last time I visited Rancho Nando was some years ago, and it was a good restaurant. I went there yesterday with my family and the atmosphere and service was terrible, super hot, almost impossible to eat and stay, music so loud that the waitress had to tell you please repeat, my husband told the waitress to down the volume so she can hear us. Appetizers came and we had no plates, when we asked for them, the waiter said how many? well 6, we are six, we need 6 plates. We also had to ask for more napkins, because only one was provided. Water was served in plastic cups. I ordered a fried snapper and it was inedible, I had to return it, it was stiff and didn't look fresh. We will never come back.

We went there, and I thought it was going to be good. I did order chicken and shrimp. My shrimp was bad. I got food poisoning. My mother said I smelled like when they cook rotten fish. Well it was the shrimp and when I got my plate and I started eating my chicken and some shrimp it taste kind of bad, but I thought that couldn't be, that they were cooking and serving something rotten, so my shrimp was rotten and later when I eat everything and we left I started to feel really sick. I was visiting family and we took them there. We will never be back to that place. I don't think they have inspectors checking that restaurant and doesn't look that clean. Also I Went to the bathroom and one of the waiter went to and use the toilet got out fix herself in front of the mirror and she never washed her hands. How disgusting.

We had LA Picada, which is a little of everything ?EXCELLENT!!!!! And the Limonada was out of this world.
I highly recommend this place ?

Very good place, and very good customer service. Johan attended to us and did an excellent job, very good service, nothing was missing.

Have never have such a bad food tostones still very hard to eat chicharrones as well old hard and still morcilla flavorless.
No idea why they served the food so old .
My friend order a bandeja Paisa the egg as simple as to fry an egg at the moment of served it was old too.
They give us a $2 dollars or so discount
Never go there very bad experience .

Food is great. Service, however, is terrible. waitresses have a nasty attitude and treat you as if you’re a bother. They are nice and friendly to their own ethnicity and short/ attitude with others. I have noticed this on multiple occasions. They take forever to service you and are always on their phones.

The man in the kitchen is excellent, very friendly. The staff in general is very friendly, but Laura is excellent. Nina takes care of the customer and is attentive to all the details. The food is delicious. The only thing I didn't like was the Cali chop but that's my opinion on the rest. Everything is excellent. Thank you
