I recently dined at Red Lobster and had the pleasure of being served by Gigi. She was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Gigi was friendly, attentive, and made sure our table had everything we needed without ever making us feel rushed. She checked in at just the right times, offered great recommendations, and made the entire experience feel welcoming and enjoyable.

She helped make our visit memorable, and I’ll definitely be asking for her on my next visit. Thank you, Gigi, for the outstanding hospitality!

Our server Talitha was very efficient and professional. The care and attention to detail she has with every guest is amazing. The manager Lisa is a great host to this establishment. We'll definitely be coming back for her hospitality. 10/10 experience.

Waited 15 minutes nobody ever said I'll be right with you walked out the host looked at me like I was crazy didn't even ask what's wrong this is the problem with the American restaurant industry nobody wants to work and service is just such a joke I tried to support restaurants because I know that covid was rough but all you guys want to do now is nickel and dime us to death the new CEO claims that he's going to change Red lobster he needs to come by the one in Pembroke pines on a Tuesday night and see that his new formula is not working

Came here to celebrate my brother's birthday. Suffice to say it was an incredible experience since we entered the restaurant. Our waitress, CC, was very attentive, even to the point to give us tips to how get the best out of our orders. I ordered the Filet Minon for myself, and it was delicious. Everyone enjoyed their plates and even more when they brought a small brownie for my brother!

If you want to get good food and great service, I can't recommend this place enough.

Haven’t been to a Red Lobster in years. The service was sub par as I’ve always remembered. The bread was scarce, we barely got any. It wasn’t even busy. Are there not enough ovens? The food was tasteless. Absolutely no flavor. We had a boil, shrimp scampi pasta, shrimp trio, and burger. The best thing we had was the lemonade. It is more apparent to me now more than ever that the food is pre packaged, frozen and nuked in the microwave. Worst thing about Red Lobster is to the eye, they appear to be fine dining but they deliver fast food quality food with the guise of fine dining. Advice to your CEO. Slash prices, renovate, and focus on quality of food. I will not be returning.
