We had a great afternoon experience at red lobster. We had Tony as our server and she was great. She tended to our every needs and kept the hot biscuits coming. The food was fresh. The service was excellent and if we ever come back, it will be just to see Tony’s face again.

I do not recall this young ladies name but she’s in Pembroke Pines location, she look like Arianna Grande. When I tell you BEST customer service EVER . Overall excellent oh we had a lobster dip that was amazing

I want to say Lisa is the managers name, she was amazing! Let me come and place an order right before closing and was soo sweet ! They had my food out quick too! 10/10 will be back the customer service here is outstanding and the place was nice and clean !

Shaid was a great server

Poor customer service. Ordered online a pick 4 shrimp and only received 3. Called the restaurant and they wanted to give me a free shrimp on next order or come back to pick up. I simply asked for refund of $5 and was told it had to go through "an approval" process and would take 7-10 business days. This is why Red lobster is in jeopardy of closing. Seems like they were forcing me to come back. I won't be back AND I will share this location's lack of customer service with anyone who will listen. Also missing from the order was extra sauce and cutlery. The bottom of my receipt was covered in oil, so I was unable to scan QR code...
