They offer one of the best burgers in town, they let you customize your burger with such a large variety of toppings and fixins. This establishment is great for sitting down and meeting with my clients.

Delicious burgers and so many choices! We all loved it. I was afraid my burger would be too well done because I normally order it medium rare and the restaurant will only do medium as their rarest, but it was juicy and delicious. Will definitely be back!

Service was very good, unfortunately food was not the most pleasing. Bun was stale felt like i could have gotten the same quality at a mcD. Would recommend any dennys burger over this place.

I want for mother's Day, no waiting online, the food was good. Good customer service, convenient because it's inside the Pembroke Pines Mall

For some reason, I like this location better than the other ones I've been to. The Pembroke Lakes location also has the impossible burger, which has been hard to find. It's mediocre, but they make a really good impossible burger. My only complaint is that they are a little overpriced for what they serve.

Good food, good service. Will eat here again. Only issue, they only have vanilla ice cream, I prefer chocolate.

Years ago, I remember seeing commercials for Red Robin. It made the restaurant sound so great with the Yum song in it. I really wanted to go to Red Robin and was disappointed that there were none in my area. About two or three years later, they finally arrived! I was excited and anxious to try their Famous Burgers. Over the years, I have eaten that Red Robin in Pembroke Lakes and Broward Mall 2 times each. This review could be for both locations because both of them are very disappointing to me. My first visit to both Red Robins was at their grand openings. I cut them some slack because I knew they were still learning the ropes and getting acquainted with everything. The bottom line is, I have never had good service at any Red Robin. I mean, nothing terrible but I just remember servers not being attentive and having to flag them down for refills and such. The worst part is, I just don't like their burgers. I I've ordered several varieties and I guess I just don't like the flavoring they use? Maybe not enough seasoning? I have ordered their cheeseburger and Whiskey BBq burger. I remember the Whiskey BBQ was undercooked. I always order meat medium well, so it should have been slightly pink. I did try a California chicken sandwich once and it was fair. Again, just bland tasting food. I think their fries are meh. I actually make my own french fries at home and I've got to say that I think mine are better. I really don't see a reason to come back to Red Robin. I have been the other two times just because other people wanted to go. I really should have ordered a salad but was probably hungry those days and needed something more than just a salad. I would just say that you should not set expectations too high for service. Oh yeah, their bathrooms do not tend to be well stocked or maintained. I do remember the host staff has always been pleasant. I guess I had this bubble in my head then getting that Red Robin would be delicious somehow, and that bubble has burst many times. If I am at Pembroke Lakes Mall and want a nice lunch or dinner, you can find me at CPK across from Red Robin.

Came for lunch today with the boys, the husband and the grandma. Had a really good meal. We had different types of burgers, a chicken meal and the Mac and salad. They were all cooked really well and the onion rings and fries were yummy. The service was fantastic and we were very pleased. Would definitely come back.

Red Robin is in regular rotation on out eating our choices. We stop there about once a month and order a burger. I'll get the Avo-Cobb-O salad (I don't know how it's really spelled), and my husband gets the turkey burgers. We've always enjoyed our meal there and the wait staff is always really friendly. Sometimes, we get a little wild and order a milkshake. They are delicious. Sometimes the atmosphere is a little loud, but usually we are able to have a normal conversation without having to raise our voices to be heard.

As the food came to our table, the server dropped 2 of the 4 burgers we ordered. We ordered vegan burger which comes with broccoli which we never got and the server argued that it came only with fries. The other vegetable patty didn't taste the usual and my daughter couldn't eat. The server never asked us if we wanted refills of our drink or fries. The place wasn't even crowded and the manager was in a bad mood screaming one of the servers embarrassing him. High time the management looks into it. Totally disappointed

Was there over the weekend with my family.

For all the hype and endless anything's. It all just tastes like a Patty from the freezer to me. They do have awesome shakes selections. The leftover cup was good

Love this spot when I wanna have a good burger + drink and catch the game with my husband while we are in the pines area. Also, has a nice environment that's good for kids. Great burger joint that I would definitely recommend to anyone.
