I had a very disappointing experience. The meat I received was undercooked and not safe to eat. On top of that, the cashier treated me rudely during the interaction. Definitely not coming back.

So, im being very critical, however I have 2 reasons.
1. We ordered breakfast and drinks for around $45.00 and while the coffee and eggs were very good, the other flavors were lack luster. The avocado toasted especially. The toast wasn't toasted and the avocado tasted a little old.
2. My wife ordered a Matcha Latte, on top of the matcha being on the browner side, it was also sweetened. We weren't explained that it already came sweetend, when I approched the front the ask for it unsweetened all they said was that it comes sweetend, they didnt offer an exchange or replacement like most other coffee shops would. And for the expensive price tag for the drinks i would expect at least some sympathy. I had to walk up again and order a completely different drink so that my wife can have something palletable.
Now everyone who works there is VERY NICE, but ownership/managment should train them in accommodating for customer complaints.

Service was really bad today, I make the stop every time I'm near by I come All the way from homestead. I got an ice latte that was really warm little ice and banana flavor I kindly asked I did not like It if I could have extra ice and change it for a regular iced latte. Lady seemed very annoyed did not say anything but a very straight face. :( Ill try again maybe it was a bad day but damn my last impression

Absolutely love this place. The staff is always friendly and professional, and the service is top-notch. They serve beautifully baked Argentine empanadas that are as tasty as they look. The coffee menu is a dream for European-style coffee lovers, flat whites, cappuccinos, lattes, you name it. The pastries and bakery items are fresh and delicious, perfect for pairing with your drink. The decor is charming, with a cool vibe that resembles an old-school coffee trading post. Great atmosphere, great people, and great coffee, Roasting Buddies is definitely a local gem.

The coffee is very watery. But the presentation is nice. I ordered the RB breakfast platter with ham and bacon. The bacon was a little over cooked. The empanadas seem to be the only saving grace of this place. Its the one item on the menu that is done just right. I tried the spinach and the meat. Both made exactly as they should with a prefect amount of seasoning. Only thing I'd recommend is the empanadas.
Overall, do I feel like I'd come back here? Maybe only for the empanadas. Beside that I don't see myself becoming a regular here.
