I came here on 11/7/18 because I was referred. I ordered a Lomo Saltado with a Chicha Morada and it was great. The customer service is high quality as well. Very nice people. I briefly met with the chef, Sergio. I will definitely return. I highly recommend this place!

One of the best sandwiches ever! They make their bread every morning, that's why the bread was so perfect. We ordered the Caprese, that comes with an amazing pesto sauce made from the scratch. We also tried the Pollo carreticheto sandwich. Service is great, friendly and quick. Prices are affordable. I highly recommend this place. This restaurant is a pleasant surprise for food lovers.📍9610 Pines blvd. Pembroke Pines, FL 33024

Great sandwich on pembroke pines

Sanguchef popped up as hot and new restaurant in the area and I was so excited! My mom and I miss having our Peruvian breakfast sandwiches so this was a nice discovery. It's kind of hidden in a plaza on pines past palm. The restaurant is small and very casual spot. We were seated and helped by the waitress right away. They have Chicha (purple corn juice) made fresh and nothing gets better than that! They also make their own bread! I went with the Pan con Chicharrí³n. The classic fried pork sandwich, with slices of fried sweet potato and onions cooked in lime juice. They have a variety of sauces to choose from like salsa rosada (ketchup and mayo), huancaína (Peruvian yellow potato sauce, not spicy), chipotle, cilantro, and ricotto (spicy pepper from Peru). My mom ordered the breakfast special which comes with everything to make your own pork sandwich and a tamale. Everyone really enjoyed the sandwiches and dishes. Only downside is that the menu is still so small and sandwiches come alone, no sides or extras. They are relatively new, open three weeks but food and service was great!!

Best Peruvian breakfast! You can find different Sandwich options but also the most popular Peruvian dishes like jaleas and ceviches!

Was feeling very indecisive and went for the Peruvian breakfast (for lunch); roasted pork, sweet potatoes, chicken tamale, bread. I was not disappointed. Will definitely be coming back for sure. Also the green sauce - fire. FYI peanut allergy people - there was peanuts in the tamale so make sure to ask. Doesn't affect me, but good to know. The owners said there's more entrees on the weekdays so yeah, I'll be there. Have had trouble finding places I like in Pembroke Pines, so this was a great find!

So I just found out this place existed, apparently it's only been open for a few weeks. In addition, I just found out that Peruvian Sandwiches is a thing... with all the Peruvian restaurants I've been to in my life I never knew or noticed those... who knew? One of my co-workers found it on yelp and came last week and said it was really good. This restaurant is in the same plaza with the Starbucks and it's tucked away on eastern corner. We went for a late lunch, so it was pretty empty. The Chef was pretty nice, and it seems that it's a one man band for now. He made a few suggestions and then we placed our orders. I got the Pan Con Chicharon (Pork Chunk Sandwich) while my co-worker got the Lomo Saltado Plate. They were both pretty good, and they have a variety of different sauces to try. I spoke to the Chef and he said they are planning on having Anticuchos, but most likely it will just be on the weekends for now. The menu looks good and there's definitely more items that I'll come back to try soon.
