I would like to make a complaint about this place !The food is good but the service is HORRIBLE! The women that work here are always Mad or Rude. I don't know which one is worst! I come here every blue moon because of that ! I also would like to add that even if you place an order through the phone they still are rude and never have the food ready when you go to pick it up, they wait till you get there isn't supposed to be ready when you ?????? What's up with that? For as long as I can remember they been doing this and I would understand if its busy but its not because I make sure I either place an order on the phone or go when its not full so this is another thing I would add to my complaint. Also with the pick up orders they supposedly have 2 lines but like I said you don't know whats going on or what to think because they don't ask you or say Hello like your supposed to. Im.gonna stop here because these are the main things that's wrong with this place ans its sad because rude people don't make you want to come back!
Works slowest take out restaurant. Even placing your order hours before , when you go to pick up it takes hours. Don’t know how they are still in business. Someone need to open a similar business and maybe they will improve their service.

One of the tastiest Trini spots in the area!The service can be a bit slow, and the food may be a bit overpriced, but trust me it's totally worth it!Also, Sheiks is all Halal and the place itself is very clean and well organized, including their grocery portion of the store. You can find many of your favorite imported goods from the Caribbean.I highly recommend the doubles, chicken roti, goat roti and veggies here!

When it comes to the food, everything is on point. My only problem is they never have your order ready. Even if you call in ahead of time, you still have to wait in a long line. They need more servers to help them with the order pick-up line and the walk-ins.

I like this place but damn they just opened and had 2 cashiers and it still took 15 mins just to serve one customer .. seems like they need to !!!! organize !!! more and actually be ready when it’s time to open doors at 11am .. so many ppl in the back to take so long to serve one customer .. love my black business but organization is key !

Love this roti shop, great food, fast service and the veggie roti with the pumpkin is amazing.
Located close to home, I frequently come here to order my roti to go. The ambiance is very casual and mostly for to go orders. There is some seating however the restaurant gets pretty packed with to go orders that dining in can be a little difficult. I normally order the dhal puri skin which is special order and get my curry and pumpkin on the side instead of wrapped. The curry is very flavorful, the portions are good. The pumpkin just adds a sweet touch to the savory meal. Order ahead as there is a long line to place to go orders. I heard that the patties are fantastic so can't wait to go back and try it.

Giving one star for service. Second time they forgot items in my order causing me to drive back to pick up the food. Waste of gas and time.

Food was ok. If you are looking for the traditional roti etc this is not the place to go. Roti was rolled like a burrito apparently you have to ask to include potato and Channa. Customer Service was not there....that also was missing.
