I stopped by Smoothie King right before work, hoping for a quick and easy visit. When I walked in, I was the only customer, which I thought would mean fast service. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. When I approached the register, the young lady working—her name tag said Jenn—asked me to give her a second. I waited for about five minutes while she prepared what seemed like an online or pickup order (even though no one else was there). She also spent time putting labels on items instead of acknowledging or updating me. At one point, I went to my car to grab my phone, and when I came back in, she finally approached me to take my order. The whole interaction felt very impersonal, and the service was slow and lacking in basic customer service etiquette. A simple, polite explanation like, “I’ll be right with you after I finish this order,” would’ve gone a long way. It felt like she was overwhelmed, and maybe multitasking or communication just isn’t her strong suit yet. I genuinely hope things improve for her, and I wish her well—but I do think this location could benefit from better training or additional help to make the customer experience smoother.

one of the best locations to go to. The manager and staff are always super friendly and helpful when I need help deciding what to order. They are fast and efficient and make my order taste delicious. I always recommend for people to try this location.

I highly recommend avoiding this location, as ongoing problems consistently lead to the abrupt halt of bowl sales at 8:30pm. It is hoped that the owner(s) will examine camera footage, exposing employee dereliction, and acknowledge the significance of every sale. Regrettably, my visit on 6/17 at 8:40pm was horrible,and I will not be returning. Instead, I opted for Smoothie Plus, merely 5 minutes away, where I received efficient service, securing my loyalty…It’s too many options to refuse a consistent customer

Whenever we order from here…it’s prompt and perfect with great service. Tonight, Will & Shawn kept the streak alive by making our multiple smoothies great and they were ready for us before we arrived…which was really impressive. An absolutely disgrace to smoothie king employes.I went to smoothie king and (ethan) was my server I ordered an angel food i was having a pretty ruff day to begin with and I asked if he could add extra strawberries because the last few times I could not taste it. And he did it FOR FREE!!! I do not want to be a stickler for the rules but I looked it up and its supposed to be only two blue ladles and he put 2 1/2 blue lades. Now I am grateful but he should be put in some kind of smoothie king training course.
