Smoothie I ordered 2 smoothies. Gut health ginger mango papaya They had too much ice. More like an icee than a smoothie. I have ordered many in the past. But these were the worst . I could not go back and get new ones so I am writing about it instead.

I stopped in here after grabbing some groceries at Publix next-door and saw that the door was wide open. There was no AC today and the women working here were doing an amazing job keeping it all together despite the heat and humidity. They were super helpful and recommended me different options when I said I wanted a smoothie that incorporated protein. I opted for the island, breeze smoothie, which had no added sugar and a full serving of protein, as well as many delicious tropical fruits. I absolutely loved it. I thought it was the perfect refresher for the day, the texture was smooth and icy not too grainy, despite having the full serving of protein. It was the pineapple juice probably that gave it that. So good!! Will be back.

Smoothie King is usually a good option for a smoothie that satisfies varying needs, e.g. pre-/post-workout, weight management, or a healthy-ish snack to cool off on a hot day. You can customize the smoothie with enhancers, additional fruits or veggies, etc. The service is okay although sometimes you can tell people are new and may not have experience fixing your selection. They do have a guarantee of making it right if you don't like it, so that's good. You can also order ahead on the app.

Me a multiple customers got literally kicked out because we got there too late. We walked in around 850pm and since they closed at 9 they told us they would not serve us. I understand that it might be annoying but if they're going to be kicking people out in a very rude way too they should just close at 830 or something... Getting yelled we are not going to serve you because we are closing in a couple minutes was not what I was expecting when I go there all the time... used to go I should say... very bad experience this happened today literally 20 min ago.

Every time I'm in Pembroke Pines I have to stop by this Smoothie King to see the only person who makes my smoothies right. Stephanie always greets me and my family with a smile and makes my Peanut butter power with strawberries with just the right amount of ingredients that's basically makes my smoothie taste like PB&J. I can't wait to return to get another.

I went in to order a smoothie and a bowl. I waited 8mins. When I look at the person who was making myBowl (his name is (Jose/Josweh)he was literally on a celphone call while making my bowl. His celphone was up to his ears. This is unacceptable. myWait was a total of 15mins. Ridiculous. Then he gave me the bowl without a fork. I had to ask for a fork.
terrible service, I entered the store at 8:00 pm there was still a customer and the door was not locked and they told me it was closed, if a customer enters the store even when it is 8:00 pm they should attend since a business is maintained thanks to the fact that we consume their products, I will not return to that place

Staff at this location is extremely unmotivated. 3 staff members on duty but 7 people waiting for their orders.No one making smoothies. Staff in the back at all times or lolly-gagging.Waited 10-15min for a smoothie while 3 were on duty but only 1 at a time making orders very slow.Ended up having much more people inside waiting than when I arrived. Not sure if they had a manager on duty but it didn't seem like there was leadership around.

THE SERVICE HERE SUCKS !! I don't know who owns this establishment but get better help . They are destroying your business !! they treat customers like they are begging vs paying. I am now driving a few more miles for better service and a chic fil a attitude. NEVER WILL I BE BACK & I'll make sure my family and friends are aware. Our community deserves a well rounded establishment. This city is known for great service and a pleasant experience. I'll contact the corporate office also to inform them of what we are encountering . I read the other reviews after I got treated like TRASH and this is STILL ongoing. Shamefully!

I love smoothie king but this location !! Customer service not great. Why did they try and give me someone’s else drink that had been sitting there all watered down?? Then roll their eyes when I asked “ why is this watered down you tried to give me someone else’s. “ I don’t think it’s a problem wanting something I paid for made correctly ? And after that they still made my drink wrong.
