I had a great experience here around 4 PM thanks to Jose. He was very attentive, made sure everything with my order was perfect, and provided excellent service from start to finish. I really appreciate his professionalism and friendly attitude—highly recommend asking for Jose when you visit!

On September 20, 2025, at approximately 4:09 p.m., I visited the establishment and noticed a fly on the boiled eggs. I discreetly informed a staff member about the issue. His response was, “Excuse me ma’am, I cannot control the flies.”

I explained that this was not an appropriate response, as proper food safety and cleanliness measures should be in place to prevent such concerns. For accountability, I took a photo of the incident and will be reporting it to DBR so the matter can be addressed and corrected.

Attention to the owner: I asked to speak with a manager and i was told that there was no manager on duty. From a licensing prospective there should always be a manger on duty. The young man did not remove the boiled eggs, he swatted the fly away with his hand. This is very concerning, the communities health is extremely important.

It was my first time trying Smoothie spot and it was a terrible experience. I waited around 5 minutes before I said something as I was not acknowledged by the staff! I waited over 30 minutes before my order was completed but not without issues. I had to figure out on my own from another customer that I can order on the screen. Then instead of making the order they made orders for customers who arrived and ordered 10 minutes after me. When the young guy at the front finally starts making my order he totally OMITS avocado in the AVOCADO vegan wrap?! He says nothing to me so I ask hey doesn’t it come with avocado and then he tells me “the avocado is really bitter”. Umm okay? So then he offers guac and I say sure. So he unwraps it and also made a mess with the sauce everywhere. It just looked disgusting at this point. Should you not TELL the customer about the availability of ingredients for a wrap you are making??? After that while he’s making my wrap he contaminates his gloves touching multiple other things and then proceeds to go back to making my wrap and placing raw vegetables with dirty gloves on my wrap. If I could give ZERO stars I would. PLEASE HIRE staff that are better trained the young lady and young man today had terrible customer service. They did not apologize or acknowledge anything that happened today. I WILL NOT be back! Waste of $30!!!! I ended up not eating my food as I didn’t want to risk getting sick. I do not recommend.

I really liked this place, the atmosphere and design were beautiful! Our Tropical Breeze Smoothie was refreshing with a new taste that I never had before. This place definitely is worth to visit!🥰

Very cute spot with amazing healthy food. We usually don’t have many spots with healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner, but this place has it all. Would deeply recommend.

PLEASE BE CAREFUL! I was served spoiled, slimy, stinky broccoli. I went to the smoothie spot in Pembroke Pines and got a vegan bowl made and the broccoli they gave me was spoiled, it was slimy and extremely stinky. It smelled up my whole kitchen as soon as I took the lid off of the container.
There are very young people that look like teens or college students working here and they are not properly trained to prepare and watch over this food.
I tried calling the store repeatedly and got no answer. I sent the official smoothie_spot instagram a detailed message of this terrible experience and they left me on seen. That’s honestly the worst part. I’ve eaten at the smoothie spot for over two years and to get this kind of service and treatment is just disheartening. Please be careful.
