I had a wonderful experience at this Starbucks. From the moment I arrived, the atmosphere was very welcoming and all the staff were incredibly friendly. Also The girl at the cashier was very attentive and helpful, making sure everything was in order, thank you very much the coffee was also very good, I will definitely go again

Rob and Bri were the only two staff members in house on Labor Day afternoon. The store was slammed, and they were making delicious drinks in a timely manner with good energy. Pretty hard to do with the store full of people, and they did it.

BE CAREFUL!!! This place is stealing your money. When you are going to pay for the tip, the machine gives you the wrong percentage of the tip that you want to give them. On the receipt, they put "other." They do not show the percentage; see my photo. I gave them 20%; it was $6.74, and they charged me $7.21. It is not for the $0.47; it is because they steal that amount for each customer. THAT IS NOT CORRECT!!

Didn't get service. The 2 daddy yankee looking guys didn't even ask to help me or even ask to wait and be there a minute. They just ignored my husband and I. We stood at the counter for 10 minutes. One guy was playing with a cup the other slicing a bagel. Not one said hold on I'll be with you. Horrible customer service. Racist!!!

There’s always something going wrong here. I don’t understand why you hire people who not only know what they’re doing but also that don’t speak English! They never have items when you order it & when you ask for something, they don’t know what it is. How do I ask for a parfait & you tell me you don’t know what that is!?? It’s YOUR menu item! Does no one get trained?!?!
