The problem with this store location is that doesn’t matter if I go at 6:30am or noon on the day of offering the reusable cup, they always have the same answer “We ran out”. This had happened for the last 2 years. It’s so disappointing.

I ordered the iced pecan crunch latte for the 1st time at the drive thru. I requested no dairy froth milk since I'm lactose intolerant. It was very good, but my favorite drink is still their iced caramel macchiato with coconut milk! There was a delay in making my order, but the clerk/Barista was very apologetic, and friendly! I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I will be back to this location!

I recently had an amazing experience at my local Starbucks that truly made my day, all thanks to a remarkable barista! I visited the store expecting to order my usual Horchata Matcha, only to find out it was out of stock for the season. I was a bit disappointed, but then this incredible barista went above and beyond to surprise me.
He whipped up a delicious Horchata cold foam instead, and that little gesture brought such joy to my day! It's the small details that make all the difference, and he really knows how to bring a smile to his customers’ faces. I wish I could remember his name, but I know he is tall and has dreads.
I frequent this Starbucks daily since it’s close to my job, and I wouldn’t trade my barista for anyone else. His attentiveness and creativity make every visit special. I would gladly give him 10 stars if I could! Thank you for your kindness and for going the extra mile!

Croissant was not fresh,chai tea was the worst I have ever had.Handwashing among employees was non existent.A customer received their coffee/drink order left and came back with the drink and returned it to the employee.Three employees touched the cup after this unkempt looking woman brought back and didn’t wash their hands.The said employees continued preparing orders,touching the food and no hand hygiene.Totally gross.Stay away if you don’t want to get sick.!

Just got an ice shaken expresso that was given to me 3/4 of the way full and the coffee smelt and tasted like spoil milk. So grosssss I had to throw it out. On top of that the butter croissant was so stiff and stale I couldn’t even get a refund.

I recently bought an impossible breakfast sandwich from this Starbucks store and did not realized it had green mold. As I found out immediately called the store. The manger first said that it could have been cross contaminated with the previous sandwich. I reemphasize no I can see the fuzzy hairs. He was lost for words and apologized to the convenience. Warning check your food I would hate for anyone to get sick.
